@@lastlasygamer3987 yes but missions become repetitive, it's always go somewhere on your boat, kill X person, speak with somebody important or break into a castle. I know some missions were different and I loved them, but for me the number 1 takeaway from Valhalla's open world is the missions' lack of diversity, it's most of the time never about eavesdropping on somebody, infiltrating into enemy's ranks or steal something from a highly garded area. In Valhalla, stealth is optional and you can at all time just shut your brain off and kill everyone without worry that it will impact progression or story, it's fun at first but when you enter the hundred hour marks it becomes boring and seemingly always the same.

Odyssey and Valhalla are good games don't get me wrong, but they arent' good as Assassin's Creed games imo Origins does, with Bayek and Aya making the Hidden Ones, the predecessor of the actual Assassin's Creed and doing actual assassin stuff and I also like how Aya changes her name Amunet and it recalls to one the statues in AC2 under the villa that unlocks Altair's armor. The DLC's for Origins are really cool, the hidden ones we see Bayek and Aya do more actual assassin shit and do stuff as a movement and the curse of the pharaohs is really cool and looks stunning in when you can visit different nether realms of the previous pharaohs from their tombs and battle them also.

I enjoyed playing ac valhalla, 200+ hrs and still dont want to finish it (with all dlc’s) while in origins after finished it i feel bored and has no feeling to continue to the dlc…..just saying

personally i didn’t like those parts. I don’t like playing as gods or fighting mythical beasts in an assassins creed game. I prefer stealth, parkour, and realistic combat.

Personally i liked all the AC, curently im playing Valhalla after complete the 100% of Orogins and odyssey and if i have to choose for me Odyssey was vry good especially for the stage. Origins was good but repetitive and the story wasnt so hype as Valhalla,at least valhalla had his suspence moments... Valhalla however had the best DLC compared to the others and his game time is like origins and odyssey combined...

Honestly I think 1 and the Ezio saga was great. Everything up until the mythological ACs were trash in my opinion. Origins. Odyssey and Valhallah were fucking great.

I might be a little late but what he hell it's youtube shorts. So i think that AC valhalla is better as a game alone and not a AC game, it's true, it's not really about stealth and it's kinda stupid that it has "assassin"s creed in the name, but it is the best viking game that i've ever played, i love it because it's fun with an open world, not because it's a AC game, they really should just have called it, Valhöls Warriors, or something that makes more sense to the game.

What's up with Ubisoft trying to make Assassin's Creed into everything. AC Odyssey is a Witcher 3 clone, AC Valhalla is a weird Witcher 3 / God of War hybrid, and you could even make the argument of AC Origins following after The Phantom Pain.

Okay this is just my opinion, I don’t like AC Origins at all but it’s still a good game. I personally prefer the newest 2 although they have little connection to the Assassins and Templars they’re still really good I just don’t think they’re “Assassin’s Creed”.

It has been a very looooooong time since I’ve felt addicted to a game but I have recently got Valhalla and I fight myself to have to get off. It definitely does not feel like any other assassin creed game but it’s a great game. I’ve been looking for a good rpg game I can get into and this is the first one I actually have enjoyed playing

Black flag was the last great Ac game. Rogue was good. And Valhalla was pretty good but it wasn't really an Ac game.. no nostalgia blinders. Just a look at build, polish, writing, and stability.. unity had the best free running of the whole series but the plot and the writing kindof fell off.. played through 4 than 3 playing through 2 and onto the rest of Ezio's story now.. way better than odyssey and and origins even with the aged graphics and controls.. (I'd give 2 a 10/10 for the "It'sa mee Mario" line alone)😂
