@@VlerkeDamne That was Unity, Valhalla and Odyssey. Odyssey was actually an amazing game, they just shouldn't have released it under the Assassin's Creed name and Unity got a lot better with updates which fixed the major bug fest that Unity was on release, meanwhile the hate for Valhalla in my opinion is well and truly deserved, game is way to boring, characters are boring as hell the world is way too big and for me the time period just ain't it. I don't f with viking stuff that much. There's no side quests. Raids and Mysteries feel like work and aren't enjoyable at all for me. Overall It is the only AC game I actually really hate and I wanted to stop playing it after like 5 hours, but I needed to finish it because of the outside world story. And let's not talk about the hidden blade NOT being actually freaking hidden and that you barrely get a chance to use it for the whole game since the game mostly forces you to do battles... There's one bright point for AC Valhalla imo and that's graphics. The game looks unreal, but that's where it ends. Most of the time playing that game you spend on a horses back that tells you everything you need to know about how boring it actually is. I don't get people that like it, I really don't. There's more annoying stuff about Valhalla, but I think I've said enough to make my point.

@@damndatscrazyyy940personally I think mirage is a very very good game, especially compared to recent ones. I think it captures the fantasy of being an assassins extremely well and its writing was pretty good. The map design is phenomenal and the parkour is very smooth, I don’t have many bad things to say about mirage. Also I’m assuming English isn’t ur first language, this isn’t to make fun of you or anything but your comment was very weird to read due to the lack of grammar, like commas and stuff.

@@damndatscrazyyy940 oh I definitely don't think mirage is perfect by any means, but it's the first assassin's creed game since 2015 that's actually about being an assassin, and the aspect that gives me hope is that mirage exists because of Bordeaux, Ubisoft didn't want it to be a standalone game, it was originally going to just be DLC for Valhalla, but Bordeaux being a relatively new studio and clearly having developers that love the classic games, pushed for a full game and something that was more faithful to the franchise, I think if given more time and creative freedom, they could probably make an ac game that fully embraces what assassin's creed is supposed to be

But I’d say all things considered they did an amazing job and they listening to the community. People wanted better ejects? Guess what? Side eject and back eject improvement update. The only major downside were the usual microtransactions but I’d say this was more of the higher ups than Bordeaux behind this decision

As someone who's last AC that ran on PC was Rogue and a returning player with Valhalla (first game I have on PS5, more to come) Montreal kinda dissapointed me, I plan to either buy next Odyssey or Mirage... Idk, lots of textures in Valhalla that feel unfinished, textures that take a good second to settle-down, when walking alongside other characters they are shivering... I honestly respect Quebec that they at least do their own thing and in a short amount of time they deliver mostly polished products, like both Syndicate and Valhalla were made as leftovers from Unity and Origins in one year and they didn't have many issues (at least Syndicate didn't have bugs but considering how Valhalla handles after some good 3-4 years post Origins, I expected a bit better... I went in Valhalla with medium expectations and from my 35hs played I only have the desire to play it once, especially with the lack of NG+... Not hating, just giving my experience as a returning player... Giving Ubi one last chance with Shadows

Ubisoft Bordeaux are good team the only thing I didn’t like about assassins creed mirage was the Valhalla engine which I understand they had to use due to low budget but everything else was perfect

I don’t understand how thousands of people work on these yet the last 4 games just feel like mods of odyssey, like where is the work? you should not be selling pallet swaps as new gear if you have 1000 people working on your game

Mods of origins* they’re so interchangeable I got confused

All the best games in the series came from Montreal Quebec is the ugly stepchild Bordeaux should become the "classic" style AC developer

I'm fine with US Bordeaux does another AC game if it's much like AC2.

AC2 is old and outdated now, unfortunately

They need to fund Bordeaux I feel like they will save the series.

If shadows divides the fanbase nearly as much as odyssey has, Quebec should be stripped of the ability to make ac games going foward, and just replace them with bordeaux.

I wouldn’t say the best game ever I think origins is the best game for me but don’t get me wrong odyssey was fun to play except the combat

This is exactly what I was looking for. I just started the video and haven’t watched it yet but all I’ll say is I absolutely hate Ubi Quebec

Jesus the Bordeaux bias is insane. Yes they are a very promising studio but up until now they’ve only made one ok game. Like mirage is the most ok ac game ever: it doesn’t innovate on the series in any meaningful way, it only take the preexisting formula and puts it in a new setting that, to their credit, is very interesting. But even then the story of mirage is sub par. Even though montreal has missed once with valhalla doesn’t mean that all of the efforts that the studio has done prior are gone away. I just don’t get how you could rank a studio whose only game is AC Mirage above the studio that has given you ac1, 2, brotherhood, revelations, ac 3, black flag, unity and origins
