found silver farming trick very early in game , just arrived in England, first get spear to have better chance at fighting, straw roof houses around main castle, wooden shack in back has silver piles on table , and in one of houses also , keep sneaking and fighting to the death around there collecting keys and grabbing silver piles ,..you will spawn outside of the gate,..all silver and keys collected will be retained even though you died ,. treasure chests you got will be empty but piles of silver reappear..go in there again and again you'll notice less and less enemies are around every time ,.. until there's none left (you will need to kill yourself with fire) to keep respawning outside walls ,..after 30 minutes i had 1000 silver much other stuff all the keys and armour from there, and loads of points for killing stronger enemies,..all with like a 7 rating

You're awesome for showing us how to kill them much quicker.💪👍But there more fishes in the 2 tiny lakes in the north from your spot, to get more silver. Let your boat at the farmspot and travel to north Lincoln/Lincolnscir. Take out the heavy guards by flying asassination to refill your special Meter (you can do a titanium farm run here btw). Manual save/load and fasttravel back to your boat with full special meter and new spawned fishes.

Make sure you don't have armor for more stamina and try use auto loot so you son's manually spam triangle or whatever you press

Found another great spot for fish farming - Glowecestrescire harbour... between Brigid's home land and the city, there is a spot between the docks that are spoiling with fish

So, after having finally gotten the spear, I figured this might help as it was confusing for me. You have to first get Vagn in RavensThorp, then you have to grind all the river map raids. Only after finishing the first 5 maps, you will get river Rhine and there you get this ability through a book of knowledge. Huge grind to get, but worth it once you have it :) I have just done it, if someone needs more details, just reply.

Anyone tried extracting Thor's Hammer perk (rune forge) and using it on a spear (or anything) for fish farming? I've been using Odin's spear along with the harpoon and just got to thinking the stun perk could be useful.I haven't gone through getting the hammer yet to test though.

Hey man. Great vid! I put it on easy combat mode but I’m still having problems getting them with my spear. Does it matter which one you use? For e.g. does it need to be fast or have lightning power? I have the Areadbhair.

I personally find the spinning harpoon ability that you get from the second set of river raids to be the best way of doing this. It clips them all quick!

@@DarkStrider Thanks dude. So it doesn’t really matter what spear u use? Cuz I’ve seen u & others on YT use lightning ones in vids, possibly without using an ability at times. I just can’t seem to catch them most of the time! Some people are saying they patched it (not sure when) so that the fish react quicker than they used to.

If you’ve got the spinning harpoon, no need for spears. If you DO use spears, go with anything that has extra damage like lightning. Gae Bolg is a great choice!

Never tried it. Before this method, people used 2 spears to kill the fish. It takes a lot of chasing them down if you’re using a weapon though.

30 seconds I think. That’s enough to slaughter a bunch of fish quickly. After 4 bars, I have 3k+ worth of Silver.

You’re right, you get it from the level 2 river raids. I think I corrected myself in a later video lol! And I’m using them with one hand because later in the skill tree you can find a skill that allows you to use 2 handed weapons with one hand. Can’t recall exactly where it is, but you have that option.

Yes, you can get the Spinning Harpoon from River Rhine river raid at the Monastry. You need to get trough the England and Ireland river raids tho.

Nope, you’ll have to leave the area then come back and they’ll respawn. Go to the settlement and take out the dummies for more Ability bars, go back and the fish are there again.
