it is really useful for the ATV community that you give the real sizes of the tires, you never get these informations by the manufacturers or the sellers

Hey bud! Your videos are awesome!! Love watching your rides!! I noticed you added the Lucky 7 floor boards on the Outy. Would 32” Asassinators fit with those floorboards? Or biggest tires you think would fit on stock 14”. Thanks in advance!!!!

I have a 850xmr, and have some true 30x 10 tires on the way. Do you think i would have to get floor boards or spacers to get them to fit?

Thank you thank you thank you!!! I really appreciated your talk about wheel Lug Nut Torque. Just bought a 2019 XTP Max 1000R and was going to double check the dealers PDI torque on them but just never had time between mounting new accessories and riding. Well at 10 hours of riding on the clock I was at a lunch stop and just looking over my ATV and to my horror I saw that my left front Rim had 2 broken Wheel Studs and my left rear wheel had 1 broken stud. I just got my new studs and hour ago from the dealer. The guy in service was adamant that I torque to 74 Ft/Lbs but to do it in stages not all at once. Since having this problem I have done some research and it seems this is a common problem. I will torque to 60 as well. I wish I could punch the PDI guy!! I was 43Kms out in the toolies along a road beside a cliff when we stopped. It could've ended very badly. Lucky there was a different easy way back to the highway from where we had lunch. Great Video again! Thank you

Yeah, anti seize and 60 to 65 take it for a spin and torque again you'll be good to go. 74 kept snapping the studs. Thanks for watching!

In been thinking about these exact tires for my 18’ sportsman 850 how do you like them ? I’m thinking some type of bead lock and the 29.5x10 tires how would they be on just regular trails ? I’m a big mud rider but ride trails to get to the mud don’t want to rattle my teeth out if you know what I mean.
@MainvilleATV
@MainvilleATV 5 жыл бұрын
It's not as bad as it seems but I'd be lying if I said comfortable for trail. I highly recommend a beadlock with aggressive tires, itll save you hassle down the road. They are mean and I'm fully committed and love them.

Nice torque wrench... who makes it? I’ve always torqued my atv lugs to 80 or 90lbs. 60lbs seems so light.
@MainvilleATV
@MainvilleATV 5 жыл бұрын
It's a Snapon digital torque wrench, and the factory recommends 74ft lbs but I kept snapping wheel studs. Most forums suggest anywhere from 60-70 to solve this issue, so I just check them often. Haven't had any issues yet. Thanks for watching!

it's only a 10mm wheel stud 45 to 65 ft lbs max

the reason you were breaking studs is because your torque values drastically change when you use lubrication on the threads.

@@MainvilleATV I know, but they are wrong there. your breaking studs is common, and i'll lay money on it that it's due to actually being way over torqued. used to see it all the time during my 15+ years in the tire industry.
@aarongeiger494
@aarongeiger494 5 жыл бұрын
@@jasonmorehouse3756 you are correct on the anti size or grease on lug nuts and studs. Another mistake is using a power tool to tighten lug nuts that a lot of people do. For some reason canam does recommend lubing lug nuts.
