I would like to take off armor too but it's impossible. If you want Ezio looks cool don't buy leather and helmschmied armor. I did it in that order: leather boots when we have to, helmschmied boots in San Gimignano in sequence 5, metal boots in Venice in sequence 7, in sequece 9 during the carnival full metal armor, in sequence 10 missaglias armor and in sequece 11 Armor of Altair to the end. That's the best set. Half of a game without armor (only boots)

Bit late, well, extremely late now but you can remove armour or at least swap it to another. Just go to the armoury in the villa and equip other items. Though, you can't remove the metal cestus glove, or the pouch and knife belt upgrades. And after all these years I actually realised you can keep track of feathers collected through the secondary memories area of the DNA menu. I wish I knew that when the game first released.

How to get them outfits: first four armors buy in blacksmith. altairs armour: all assassin side mission only the ones with the assassin logo on. plank cape: by getting the assassin outfit. medici cape: optained by playing through the game. The venetian cape: the same as medici cape. auditore cape: by finding all 100 feathers. altairs outfit???: by unlocking it in the uplay store.

I think the Armor designs are excellent for a game this old. That said in Brotherhood it looks alot more sleek. The armor is kinda bulky in this AC. The cape i Always liked allthough it did not serve any true purpose. Maybe it was a thing in that timeframe or they had plans for that wich ended up purely cosmetical. As far as U-play goes i never wasted points on the suits. The black Altair Armor is awesome but the one truly used in 1. Meh once you get used to these armors his is nothing short of a tentsheet re-designed. Still don't get why they called the black one Altair's Armor. Far as i can tell he never had that thing on.

brotherhood had good looking armor but ezio's robes were the worst in the entire series in it. revelations ezio second worst robes. wish ezio always kept his 2 robes

I believe the cape was for many reasons, for example when Medici gives you the cape it signalizes that you are an ally of his so the guards will be more tolerant of your actions, and I also think it's for ezio to hide his hand in case he's holding a small weapon in it

Go to Inventory in the pause menu and click on Outfits and press X on the Altair Outfit or press Square if your one the Play Station. Hope it helps :)

Tim B. Altair Skin he's not spreading lies. Just go to ezios armory and equip any other armor and you instantly will get back the white robes and the Altair armor is off.

Dunno if you’ll reply, but here goes. If you are talking about the black armour that needed assassins tombs, in the villa auditore, as soon as you go in from the front, take a left and then a right, and there should be all the armours there. Equip one. If you are talking about Altair’s white outfit, which needed Ubisoft play or Ubisoft club, you press start, press inventory, press outfits, and go to the bottom and press X or Square depending on what you are playing

I just recently got al-taires armor and don't get me wrong its really cool but i was wondering if there is anyway i can get my old white outfit back with all the armor i left on it. the reason I want to: 1.
