People find it tedious when there's a simple way to not get bored from collecting simple when you get through the story and get to a new area search up the feather and the collectible map for that location or even better buy a treasure map for that location and then you know once you unlock the further map just by that in fact I don't think there is a further map in Assassin's Creed 2 just look up a map for all the feathers and all the other collectibles in that area then collect them and then do the main story

For us PC gamers is worse. We do not have achievements/trophies, nor in the store we bought the game or in-game trophy and we cant synch to 100% if we didnt cash the uplay extra content before the end of 2022 cause the content is not available anymore.

Is it the same for Brotherhood on PC? That the DLC is unavailable? I already have the platinum for 2 on Ezio Collection. Second time I got it after getting it on the PS3 in 09. Working my way through Brotherhood and Rev right now. I'd like to buy em' on PC too though just to have em in my Steam library

The feather’s trophy isn’t hard, it’s just tedious. Unless you don’t use a video to show you the locations: then it’s difficult and only your fault alone. The glyphs are easy puzzles, I tried all of them, and only the last two I used google for answers. To find them is easy as well. I found most of them whilst playing the story. The last four I used a video. Though I stumbled upon the third out of the four by accident whilst running to the 2nd one. 😂 AC II platinum took me less than 30 hours. A lot of that time was just me falling off of things or staring at the beautiful scenery. 😂 What is a grind though: is AC Brotherhood’s platinum! GOD! I haven’t even finished the platinum for Brotherhood and I feel annoyed. It’s fun, don’t get me wrong. But the 100% trophy is just tedious and unnecessary. You have to get 100% in all missions, even the Da Vinci Disappearance and Christina missions, as well as the shrines and collectibles. The shrines: you must also do the optional objectives for those as well. Which appears to be “Finish in less than 8 minutes”.
