Спереди дверцу из оргстекла или чтобы дверца не мешалась можно оргстекло съёмное сделать на неодимовых магнитах. Внизу концевик можно не ставить, прописать в слайсере конец G кода, чтобы стол опускался на определённое расстояние.

ИМХО лучше было бы облегчить конструкцию стола и использовать алюм уголки, это позволило бы обойтись двумя валами и не городить лес, а еще вполне можно оставить один мотор на З ось

На мой взгляд, 4 вала это уже излишество. По-первых, сложно выставить их параллельно, во-вторых, дополнительное сопротивление при движении, так как см. пункт первый. В группе в телеграмм, посвящённой Re-D-Bot (тому принтеру, что у Вас сейчас) есть отличный пример принтера на двух 16мм валах. Энтузиасты уже разработали и выложили в открытый доступ модельки под эти валы.

Для электроники можно купить низкопрофильный mATX или mITX корпус и расположить его внизу. А то выглядит сейчас всеж не очень.
