this tanks got it's dpm, aim time and dispersion nerfed lol. It just got +5km/h buff to speed and everything else is the same except camo but it's a heavy so who cares.

The Foch *is* getting buffed. That was already announced. Some tanks actually do deserve to be nerfed. The Minotauro in particular genuinely is pretty busted. Should Wargaming have waited for another year or two before nerfing it, like they did with the 268 v4? And yes, there are also plenty of other tanks that could use buffs.

Hello Wot, Please consider giving it a small buff. I just acquired it a few hours ago and it definitly doesn't feel exciting enough to play (compared to the gold spent...). The strong hull down position, it is supposed to play of is very awkward and way not permissive enough (due to the lower plate). It feels like it only works on a few non-moving frontlines such as in Berlin. But in every other map the strength of its hull down falls to piece in seconds when an ennemy advance a little bit and gets a shot at the hull. The rest of the armor doesn't feel good either aside from some rare sidescraping. The whole armor doesn't bounce anything outside of the turret and the higher front plate. It feels like it's the only URSS heavy that doesn't have this classic "lucky armor" (every URSS HT basically bounce random hits that are not aimed enough. For this tank. The whole hull feels like a weak spot). I would rather play some IS-7, 60TP or S-Conq that all have a great turret but ALSO a hull armor that require precision to aim at. Beside that, the dpm is very satisfying indeed and it looks absolutely stunning. To conclude, it's overall armor makes it very disappoiting at the moment. Considering the gold i spent on it, i definitly expected it being better overall. I'm not sure that I would consider spending money on an assembly shop again if it stays an unbuffed situational average tank...

its really not op. its average at best, on par with the 780. you can't sidescrape, gun is meh, and mobility is average. lower plate is gigantic as well. in the hands of a good player, it can be very strong but besides that, its avg at best

I saw a lot of posts on forums about hidden nerfs, where the camo value was 4 while moving and 8 while standing, and the mantlet couldn't even stop 327 APCR. Most of them were from CN server tho. It's advertised with 40 km/h but in-game its still 35 km/h. Also the dispersion here is 0.38 but in-game its 0.36

The ingame mobility is different. It has 35/15 top speed with 13.64 specific power!

PC and Blitz are completely separate games with their own dev teams. Sometimes a tank will be added to one game before the other. Some tanks in Blitz will probably never come to PC, and vice versa.

I sent the screenshot and replay file of how I obtained Patrol Duty to customer service and requested that they take action to allow me to continue with the mission, but I received a response from customer service asking me to start over again from the beginning. The customer service center’s unreasonable response is unfair. The corporate mindset of gaming companies that ignore users' efforts is very disappointing. I hope that the patrol duty obtained with char mle 75 and elc will be set up so that I can continue mission 279(e) Coalition- 8.
