*शेयर मारकेट क्या है* *कोई कंपनी शुरू जब होती है तो पैसों की जरूरत पड़ती है, अगर एक से न हो तो कई लोगों से लेकर बनती है *मान लो कोई कंपनी 100 रु में बनी और 100 लोगों से 100 शेयर लेकर बनी। कंपनी का सालाना प्रॉफिट निकाला जाता है तो 20 रु प्रॉफिट देती है ये 20रु 100 लोगों में बाँट दी जाती है क्योंकि कुल 100 शेयर हैं *100 रु की कंपनी 120 रु का टर्नओवर दे रही है मतलब वो कंपनी 100 रु की न होकर 120 की हो गयी है उसकी वैल्यू *शुरू में 1 शेयर के दाम 1 रु थे जो अब बढ़कर 1रु 20 पैसे हो गए हैं हो सकता है भविस्य में और बढ़े *तो हमे भविस्य के इसी वेल्युएशन का अंदाजा लगाना है जो शेयर या कंपनी प्रॉफिट देने लायक गुण रखते हैं उस शेयर को आप खरीद सकते हैं *कंपनी की सही वैल्यू की जानकारी उसके बिजनेस मॉडल , कॉम्पिटिटर , बैलेंस शीट को देख कर तय करें😐
