Is this scaleable to work with multiple permission set assignments and permission sets? I have a similar flow but I'm running into the error "Number of iterations exceeded"

How many permission sets are you assigning? Have you considered creating a permission set group and assigning the PSG instead?

@@jenniferwlee Hi Jennifer, thank you for your comment. The flow is designed to remove permission set assignments and permission set license assignments from users upon deactivation. I noticed the issue was occurring when deactivating a user who had quite a few permission set assignments. Seems some older users don't have a PSG assigned to them but instead multiple PSA's. As a workaround, I developed an apex action to use in my flow.

This is my error when i tried to create a user. Error element Add_User_to_the_Permission_Set (FlowRecordCreate). This error occurred when the flow tried to create records: MIXED_DML_OPERATION: DML operation on setup object is not permitted after you have updated a non-setup object (or vice versa): PermissionSetAssignment, original object: Account.

Yes, you can use the API name of the permission set group just as you would with the permission set

First meeru profile create cheyandi... Setting > Users > Profile ki velli new profile create cheyandi..existing system administrator thisukoni...down lo kavalusina profile name mention cheyandi.. Emaina modification kavalante Tab, App level, object and field level lo modification cheyandi.. Then meeru create chesina profile ని.. meeku kavasina user ki assign cheyandi.. New user creation lo license salesforce select chesukoni.. down lo mee profile name mentioned cheyandi.. that's it
