Respected sir ...I have a lot of confusion regarding the selection criteria of AD FIA and IB ...Firstly i have already read the selection criteria for fpsc gr exam and it is clearly stated in the said rules that screening test qualifying threshold is 25% if someone passes the criteria will he be able to get shortlisted for descriptive test ...and secondly can you specifically elaborate the term merit because in fpsc rules the merit term includes screening test+descriptive test+interview ...is this what you call merit or the term is confined to the merit of separate screening test, descriptive test and interview...kindly elaborate or make a dedicated video on the said topic so that this confusion should be cleared
