ASSISTANT NURSE in JAPAN 🇯🇵 My Medical Examination experiences

I really admire Japan on the way they take care of all their citizens and also to all the foreigners like who lives here in Japan. We are having annual Medical check up. And I think its the most important thing is the preventation rather than cure.
I wanna share my medical check up experiences year 2021, it was held in our hospital that i am working. And to avoid conflicts or crowded in our hospital, Our hospital hired a different Medical team to conduct or to attend and check all the employees medical health condition. And I am one of the lucky worker because i had my time examining my own health and still our hospital is paying for that time, which is considered as a working time.

The process is very systematic, there is no delays, the waiting time is not that long , and it was so smooth. I wish that in my country ,Philippines will be having this kind of Annual medical check up too so that Filipinos will be aware if they are having a serious disease as early as possible so that we will be able to treat the problem or disease right away. And be able to take care and watch their health as well. And I believe that Prevention is better than cure. Salute to all Japanese Government for having this kind of health program.
