I agree that the API score should be removed. However, proper importance should be given to those who have worked hard to complete their Ph.D. Candidates who have only qualified for NET/JRF should be considered eligible only for the position of Assistant Professor. But those who have NET/JRF along with an M.Phil/Ph.D., research publications, and teaching experience should be eligible for the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor in all three categories.

Agree but ab P. Hd sirf mjk reh gai hai bht sare log baithe hue hai jo Sare research paper thesis wgra likh re. Or jiske naam se P. Hd chal ri uska koi yogdan nai hai. Bs paise dedo or degree le lo.

Paise de ke thesis and low quality copy paste papers ke liye .... Most PhD are useless failure in PG level exams like PSC etc.

Since you have used the word "most," the scope of education should be limited to post-graduation only. Earning a Ph.D. is a challenging and prestigious achievement that requires deep expertise and significant contributions in a specific field. Success in PSC exams depends on factual preparation and analytical skills, which are entirely different from the nature of Ph.D. research. Measuring the skills of one domain by the standards of another is both illogical and an unfair evaluation of education.
