I agree that the API score should be removed. However, proper importance should be given to those who have worked hard to complete their Ph.D. Candidates who have only qualified for NET/JRF should be considered eligible only for the position of Assistant Professor. But those who have NET/JRF along with an M.Phil/Ph.D., research publications, and teaching experience should be eligible for the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor in all three categories.

NTA krna kya chah ra hain ye pta he ni chal pa rha...baccha pehle mehnat se Graduation kare uske baad post graduation kre..phir soche ki chalo AP ki prep. Krte hain mehnat kr k...uske baad kabhi paper leak ho re hain ..kbhi rules he change hote ja re hain...kbhi kuch criteria kbhi kuch...mehnat kr kr k insaan thak jaaye lekin india m nokari mil jaye bdi baat ho jaye ..

This will only help few well-known universities... It will not become helpful for all; recruitment of assistant professor is entirely a fraud. University professor with political backing taking 30 40 lakh and giving job their scholar. All recruitment of college and university must be centralised and should have exam based selection.‼️‼️ Other then that it just remain as it is, income source of some professor's ‼️👎🏻

When a candidate passes ugc net then ugc declares that the candidate is eligible for asstt. Professor, then why different service commision holds exam.or test for those candidates. It is one kind of disobeying the ugc.

Not exactly. Exams are conducted by commission only when the number of applicants applying for the posts is really high. If the post to applicant ration is low for eg if it's 1:3 , in such situation they generally call all the applicants for the interview. That's why they are called screening tests not qualifying tests.
