Just because you believe it’s a delusional doesn’t necessarily mean it’s true. Also why do they need assistance? They could do it themselves if they truly wanted to. Could it be deep down they believe in god and are afraid? Want someone else to take burden?

@f.j.c4444 what if they can't move? How could they do it? My mother-in-law can't move, even saying single words is a struggle for her. She is mentally sound, but trapped in a broken down and degrading body. Laying on her bed in pain and with all the humiliation of having to wear dipers, etc. If she refuses food than family would be under investigation for neglect. She gets fed from syringes. Her everydays are pure suffering and struggle. She has no access to anything that would allow her to pass pain and suffering free. She wants nothing more than this nightmare to end. Why don't she deserves to end it all peacefully and with dignity?

If someone truly wants to accomplish something, why do they need assistance? They may not require medication or anything else to achieve their goals. Could it be that, deep down, they feel incapable of doing it themselves because they believe in God? Perhaps they want someone else to help alleviate their burden. Additionally, why do companies profit from this? That would seem immoral.

In the absence of a relationship with God it seems many seek some kind of validation from the government. If you want to off yourself why bother going to hospital to seek help? We must endure till the end with patience. This bill should be thrown out of parliament. This issue is a personal issue. Its their body their lives and their choice. Lets stop inviting the government to play judge and jury over our personal lives. FREEDOM!
