Took the Associated DB10 trophy rat reflex Blake Wilkey Edition Megalodon RC desert buggy. Jeez that's a lot of words. Its a Associated ProSC10 rear motor rtr. Took it out for its first venture into the sand in Half Moon Bay California and jeez this thing is a ripper. Absolutely does wheelies even with all the added weight of the scale stuff we added. No Tamiya cockpit drivers were harmed during the filming of this video.

Something I learned in the sand is to tape the vent holes in your rims to keep the sand out. 1/10 scale RC sand paddle tires from Associated. I can almost see the little Tamiya driver working the wheel lol. Shredd on my friends.

@@alphaalpha7758 A stock Losi Baja Rey is a great way to get into TT rc, you don't need metal cages or fancy parts, all you need is a solid rear axle and some batteries to enjoy scale TT action. The 1/10 Baja Rey is the best entry level solid axle trophy you can get in my opinion. Thanks for the support and I hope you further your interest in the hobby. 👍

Hi, amazing video, after running on the beach, what cleaning do you do? pressurized air, water, brush, lubricate everything at the end? Is the sand dangerous? any special advice? thanks

I use a pressure washer or even a garden hose and wash everything and then use a air compressor to blow off all the water and sand and repeat that once, no other prep. It's not as bad as I thought
