It is so beautiful and encouraging to see our Assyrian community in Russia keeping their identity, language and even singing hymns in Assyrian. You, the beautiful sons and daughters of Assyria sound like angels, God has heard your prayers. "The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness" Zephaniah 3:17. God bless you always. Assyria will rise again. Khaya Eta O khaya Umta Atureta.

This video brought tears to my eyes.... it was a very emotional moment to see Assyrians at the other side of the planet; even though scattered yet still have maintained their identity and their faith.... much love and respect from USA... God is great...be blessed.

God bless Assyrians scattered around the world! God bless Assyrians of Russia who preserved their true identity and Assyrian Church of the East faith since they migrated to Russia in the mid and late eighteen hundreds! You kept church hymns and prayers the same throughout the years! You preserved your true identity all these years! I also noticed that you are more disciplined and conservative than the Assyrians of the U.S. in the way the women cover their head and their overall church dresses, men being separated on one side of the aisle, and women on the other side. Blessings from your Assyrian brothers of the United States!

It really amaze me how our people are scattered all over the world, I feel like if I was to leave America I could go anywhere in the world and it still feel like home, I'm very proud of being a assyrian and I wouldn't what to be nothing else, I just ask everyone please just wake up and stop using money on things that don't matter in our lives and start to help our youth, like build school for our kids so we won't forget where we came from and be educated so we could move forward, if we want to see change it start with use knowing what is right and what is wrong this is the only way we will succeed, look how far behind everyone else we are, I tried to go to these meetings but all they keep talking about is building more church and sending money back to Iraq, when the people back home they live like king and we live like dog here working from pay check to pay check trying to survive, our kids are grow up and they have no path in there lives doing drugs partying learning it all from Public Schools, whenever our family left Iraq they were looking to better our lives so we could succeed, I was born and raised in Chicago Illinois USA I'm 36 I seen it all and not proud of it, all I'm saying is that we need to make a change before it's too late God bless everyone

The first Christian community with links to the Chaldeans and Yazidis
@BinaryTechnique5 жыл бұрын
We have no links to Chaldeans lol....the ancient chaldeans were soothsayers, high priests and priestess. The Chaldean Catholics of today are nothing more than Assyrian Neo-Aramaic pagans who worship statues and saints. Plus, Chaldeans were never a nation of people. They only ruled Babylon for 300 yrs. Our early Church fathers teach us that the Chaldeans rejected the message of our Messiah.

Could anyone translate the lyrics of the hymn to english please?
@a54hanna8 жыл бұрын
+Tuğba Erdal My fellow-citizen Tuğba Hanım, you're probably a foreigner in the country in which you live. The lyrics of the hymns you come to hear are being singing all Sundays in our churches in Turkey. Shame to you. Raise you head a little bit, you'll discover that other people also exist in this country besides the turks. A task to you: discover us, you'll find someone to translate the hymns in Turkish for you. You don't need to go to Moscow.
