This was what I was exactly thinking, Asta in his own right is super strong, but he's also placed limiting beliefs on his strengths which is why he finds it difficult to progress. Oh man, that's just good writing on Tabata's part and really shows us Asta's heart and sorrow. I can't wait for our boy to push past his limits again.

Asta would probably transform back to true devil union and wont have anything new just with true devil union like he said he'll become a whole different personality and somehow he'll be so calm and confident he'll master zetten in seconds to a point not even the ryuzen 7 could comprehend, maybe in a instant he could master it to the point where it can split the sky, but its very likely that wont happen as that means that asta just needs to train to activate his true devil union whenever he wants and thats all, he just needs to get tha hang of whatever tecnique they show him and he'll master it instantly in true devil union

Furthermore, he will be able to allow what spells can be placed on him, for example, Yuno star magic teleportation spell and not allow spells that he doesn't want to be placed on him. Anti-Creation Magic, Asta will be able to manipulate his anti-mana without any physical weapon to assist him with his anti-magic he will be able to utilize his anti-magic in thin air like Yuno and Party. Anti-Restraining Magic, is similar to curse/seal but a weaker version of them since, it is anti-magic it will not only block the user's magic but any magic item they are carrying will be deactivated too. Anti-Trap Magic, Asta might be able to trap his enemy like how Zora does his own. Anti-Weakening Magic Asta could weaken their magic spells which could be good support for his alliance. Communication Magic umm Asta can one for the sake of it.

Body magic can heal any wound, in combination with blood and bone magic it can literaly restore lost body pats//limbs. So its fair to assume that yes, she healed cause of that without possesing any healing spells beforehand.

Lucius can’t see Asta’s future in his visions. Plus his magic didn’t work when he touched Asta’s forehead. In the vision Yuno won 1 out of thousands of fights & this was only mentioned after Asta disappeared. Together they probably could have taken Lucius. Separately Asta couldn’t & Yuno has only 1 scenario where he wins but he lost every other time.

Astas future is irrelevant he lost in our factual timeline and lucius is so cautious of yuno that hes been preparing for a week for him as to where even without seeing astas future he was still confident enough to pull up and fight him and when they fought he manhandled him. That's all we need to know to know how lucius and the story is portraying the 2 of them. Yuno is clearly way stronger before zetten training and taking training to multiply your power by 10x for a chance to beat someone you lost to that also says your rival already has a chance to beat him implies yuno is roughly 10x stronger currently.

I think it would've been cool to see what is going on in the Clover Kingdom while all this is happening. The Black Bulls did say they weren't going to believe Asta was dead until they saw his body with their own eyes and decided to go search for him. And just because Lucius only wants to kill Yuno and Asta doesn't mean the mages in the Clover Kingdom are just gonna accept his plans to take over. I'm sure they are training, researching etc in order to defeat Lucius. So yeah I do hope we get to see some development over there as well.

It's like MHA and Dragon Slayer had a down syndrome child who really likes Harry Potter and MCR. That is just my personal take. And this is only post season 2 or 3. It really falls apart when the scales got increased. Act 1 of the story was really good I loved the sister Lilly shit. The water. The brother stuff and the lore. The magic system being so fucking vague was kinda retarded as well at that point but I overlooked it and idk. Just asscheeks. We get the worst studio to adapt berserk a fucking literal global renowned master piece seinen, but black clover like mid ass shonen gets the whole series adapted the shit is just irritating I guess. It's not entirely that it doesn't DESERVE a platform it's more that it squandered the platform to just follow the same boring ass story notes but this time it has different beam and sword system
