Effects After reading 3 days, I feel really peaceful, happy with my life, with what I have. I haven't felt this peace in years. If you are reading this just start the azkar and do it daily. I use to get angry at my kid now I am calm and handling things better Alhumdulillah. I feel running after dunya is pointless. It's better to turn towards Allah.

*How to do Istigfaar?* Istigfaar means seeking forgiveness and there are many Dua'a for seeking forgiveness, the best being Sayyid Istigfaar (Saying it will guarantee Jannah!) We seek forgiveness by saying *"Astagfirullah"* which means I seek forgiveness from Allah SWT or *"Rabbi Ighfirly"* which means Oh my lord forgive me There are many form of seeking forgiveness *The most important thing is that we seek forgiveness from Allah SWT with presence of mind along with movement of lips and tongue* We can do Istigfaar at any time and even without whudu or wearing hijab and it can be done even in the monthly cycles for the sisters, can be done with breaks and don't have to be in a single sitting The best time to say is 30-45 minutes before Fajr Salah Doing Istigfaar for wealth, spouse, marriage etc It is allowed for one to do Istigfaar to attain worldly matters as long as they make being forgiven and Allah's pleasure the first priority and the rest as additional benefits Losing concentration: One will be rewarded for doing Istigfaar even if they lose focus only if it was unintentional, one has to work on improving their focus and being in a more calmer environment (when possible) The more quality Istigfaar, the more reward one earns Tip _To reach 3000 Istigfaar a day, recite 600 Istigfaar after every Salah and 600 before sleeping to achieve 3000 Istigfaar at the end of the day easily_ Seek Allah's forgiveness while regretting your sins and hoping Allah's forgiveness 💯 🌸

Start with praising and glorifying Allah SWT 2. Send blessings on our beloved prophet Muhammed SAWS 3. Seek Allah's forgiveness sincerely 4. Say Dua'a of Prophet Yunus, لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين ‘There is none worthy of worship except You, Glory to You, Indeed, I have been of the transgressors. (Lā ilāha illā anta subḥānaka innī kuntu minaẓ-ẓālimīn)’ So indeed, no Muslim man supplicates with it for anything, ever, except Allah responds to him.” Then the gates of getting Dua'a answered are opened :) 5. Be confident that Allah will answer your Dua'a, don't doubt it and think positively about Allah SWT Then you may ask Allah SWT for anything and everything you want and need :) Repeat 🔂 each Dua'a thrice :) Times when Dua'a has high hopes and guarantee of being accepted 1. Tahajud /Last third of every night at this time Allah SWT descends to bestow His bounty upon His slaves, to meet their needs and to relieve their distress, when He says: “Who will call upon Me, that I may answer Him? Who will ask of Me, that I may give him? Who will seek My forgiveness, that I may forgive him?” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 1145) 2. Between the adhan and the iqamah. It is narrated in a sahih report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “A du’a offered between the adhan and iqamah is not rejected.” (Narrated by Abu Dawud (521) and al-Tirmidhi (212). See also Sahih al-Jami’, 2408) 3. When it's raining Our beloved prophet Muhammed Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said : “There are two which will not be rejected: du’a at the time of the call (to prayer) and when it is raining.” (Narrated by Abu Dawud and classed as sahih by al-Albani in Sahih al-Jami’, (3078). 4. Last hour of every Friday, one hour before magrib prayer Our prophet Muhammed said “During it(Friday) there is a time when a Muslim slave does not stand and pray and ask Allah for something, but He will give it to him,” and he gestured with his hand to indicate how short that time is. (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 935; Muslim, 852. See also question no. 21748) 5. In Sujood (in prostration) The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The closest that a person is to his Lord is when he is prostrating, so say a great deal of du’a then.” (Narrated by Muslim, 482) 6. When we hear the crowing of roaster Prophet Muhammed SAWS said “When you hear the crowing of a rooster, ask Allah of His bounty, for he has seen an angel.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 2304; Muslim, 2729) 7. Going to bed with Whudu Prophet Muhammed SAWS said “There is no person who goes to bed in a state of purity, then wakes up at night, and asks Allah for something in this world or the Hereafter, but it will be given to him.” 8. Waking up at night The Prophet (ﷺ) "Whoever gets up at night and says: 'La ilaha il-lallah Wahdahu la Sharika lahu Lahu-lmulk, waLahu-l-hamd wahuwa 'ala kullishai'in Qadir. Al hamdu lil-lahi wa subhanal-lahi wa la-ilaha il-lal-lah wa-l-lahu akbar wa la hawla Wala Quwata il-la-bil-lah.' (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah. He is the Only One and has no partners . For Him is the Kingdom and all the praises are due for Him. He is Omnipotent. All the praises are for Allah. All the glories are for Allah. And none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, And Allah is Great And there is neither Might nor Power Except with Allah). And then says: -- Allahumma, Ighfir li (O Allah! Forgive me). Or invokes (Allah), he will be responded to and if he performs ablution (and prays), his prayer will be accepted." 9. Dua'a of a fasting person The Prophet (ﷺ) said :" There are three whose du’aa’s are not rejected… which includes the Dua'a of a fasting person from the time of Suhoor/Sehri till he breaks his fast /Iftaar Share this message with everyone to get reward everytime someone practices, these even after we leave this world 🗺 May Allah bless all of us and our family and grant us Jannatul Firdous امين يارب العالمين 🌸

@Alinah-c2i Thankfully, I dont have a problem, but an unfulfilled wish that has been playing on my mind for a long time. I did it for two weeks, around 5k to 10k every day. Along with this I tried quitting my so far biggest sin - music, which was mentally exhausting and very hard since it helps me regulate my emotions and stay concentrated. I tracked it all in my diary. Most significsnt effect was feeling more satisfied and easy, other than that, nothing really happened (that I have noticed) Maybe it would have if I had been consistent, but I quit after 2 weeks. I expected at least some results (related to my dua), but I did not see any other. Why two weeks? Well that is how long I was able to last. At the 15th day, I had a discussion with my mom about that and I broke down, after which I did not continue. I was hoping for some kind of a miracle, the answer to my dua but, in the end it seemed too impossible so I quit. Hoping for it hurt too much, I just couldnt handle hoping for something that seems impossible. Maybe it was a mistake to expect something on my part. Maybe my dua was answered in a different way, but I just couldnt handle waiting. But It was not in vain. Then I moved to the next stage, where I did not expect anything and felt very bitter. I was angry at God, asking questions why this why that, I was barely clinging to my faith because of my anger. Realisation? Maybe it happens for some people. Maybe I am too sinful for this (music) Maybe I did it in the wrong way. Being angry did not help, for God exists and our souls exist here to be tested in different ways. Every good you do, you do it for your soul. Yeah, maybe we wont get everything we want in this life, but lets at least try to get jannah. I am still trying to accept this, but its challenging. Any kind of dua will be appreciated
