Astalon Tears of the Earth - The Metroidvania Review

This game was phenomenal. If anyone is on the fence, I really recommend you jump into it. The game has so much more to offer than what was touched on in this video, and is the first Metroidvania where I've actually bothered to complete the additional modes after finishing the main game.

Excellent video! Astalon kind of reminds me of a less linear Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon with a bit more cute charm and depth. I haven't played it yet, but after watching this I'll be adding it to my list.

I prefer 16 bit pixel art by far, so the 8 bit aesthetic turned me off for the longest time but after your review, I will probably have to try this. Thanks for another great video.
