Why would one turn on the pitot heat before the aircraft is at ground idle? Surely it would start draining amps... just my observation

@joshua Im sure Randy was just doing a brief overview for enthusiasts and not a thorough FAA checklist video. But yeah... he could have also could have shown position lights, strobes, radio stacks, COMM 1 and 2 and on and on. But I was thrilled just seeing what he showed lol
