Just for those that need context on Ilmater is the god of endurance and he pretty much does everything so that humans don't suffer including taking the pain on himself and giving them the strength to continue even if they are hurt

Is it weird this is the second time I’ve seen someone play as an old man cleric whose God is Ilmarter? First time was someone in my group and it’s never not funny If I had a silver for everytime I had an Old Man worshiping Ilmarter I’d have two silver pieces. Which isn’t a lot but it’s strange that it’s happened twice

The other two aren't BG3 voice actors, so they have brought their own characters to the table. Brennan is pretty renowned in the D&D community at this point as the DM of Dimension 20 and Anjali occasionally plays at his table, though here they are both playing at Aabria Iyengar's table instead.

No I get you. I like these little clips, since it's only second long snippets of funny banter, but I could never sit down for 2 freaking hours and listen to this. I love playing DnD myself, but watching others do so sounds boring as hell. Especially because you don't get 2 hours of this, you get maybe 1,5 hour of boring lore and then there's 30 minutes of funny banter...

@PichDextro I do get what you mean, I personally can't get into things like critical role cus it's just too slow paced for me. I started watching Dimension 20 a couple years ago though and I will say they do a good job at solving the problem with that. They do their season as like usually an hour and a half and it's packed with banter and chaos going on the whole time, it's a lot better at grabbing your attention than many other of these kinds of shows.
