I definitely noticed similarities between Astarion and Angel Dust while watching the show. Obviously they have the same kind of trauma and are both under someone's control, but even the way they flirt as a front was so similar. I just wanna hug them both 😭

My FIRST THOUGHT when I heard this song on Hazbin was "this is an Astarion song if I ever heard one. So glad someone else had the same idea!!❤❤❤❤

Angel Dust and Astarion are so similair, I was crying watching the song play out in the series. Its heartbreaking.

yeah same. I didn't make the connection until now but this and El Tango d'Roxanne from Moulin Rouge also fits uncomfortably well.

This was in my thoughts as well and I wanted to see whether someone else hat already put these together. Glad to see I am not the only one who saw the parallels. Hopefully we will see Angel Dust lose his chains as well someday.
