We all know balling cell is gonna be a skin but hear me out, make it a legendary and then give it a new awakening ultimate plus music. Make the ultimate only usable after an uptilt then you grab them by the shirt a hoop appears and you dunk them in it for however much damage rest of the awakening moves can be the same. Replace that for like solar Kamehameha or some other like ultimate move.
