The genius of Douglas Marland really shines here. He knew how to craft the perfect stories and give them to the perfect set of actors to create such unforgettable moments as this, Casey's death, an event that had impact for many years, just like Bob's affair with Susan from the same time period! ATWT was so incredible during this time!

Such a great episode. Loved ATWT in 1990.

Casey, Lyla, Margo - so well acted! The writing is on par with B.J.'s heart on General Hospital. These types of storylines don't happen very often. Thank you so much for posting this!

@@fatimagic1365 This all happened before. B.J. passed away in May 1994.

Why does Bianca always got to do the dishes or cook while Courtney sits her nosy self somewhere?

casey's mother is infuriating to watch here. i understand that she would want to hope against hope for casey to stay alive, but she's going against his own wishes and even casey's father knew it. she absolutely no right to fling accusations at margo would she do exactly what casey wanted.

Margo was awesome and brave. I'm glad she did it 🙂 die with dignity

Frannie is such a hypocrite. She asked “Daddy” if she could tell Sean about him and Kim but then chastises Andy: “Is Paul listening to this?” Greesh
