I live in Australia where a 'sore toe' may be ascribed to asthma. For 20 years it was always asthma and therefore asthma medication. The identification and removal of a nasal cyst was part of the answer but a great respiratory physician in Bangkok was the first to say you don't have asthma, you have a chronic sinus infection (which the X Rays dramatically confirmed). Videos like this are a great step towards the truth of what may be a very complex problem.

My sinuses are clear , they're a glob of mucous at the back.
