At 17:05, why do you say that the doors no longer open at an angle, as you climb into the door opened at an angle? At 22:06, why do you say a 911 has boot space at both ends? There is no boot in the rear of a 911

Driving the Vantage in the hills of New Zealand is an absolute joy. Driving the Jaguar F-Type V8 SVR is even better. I know, because I took the Vantage for a test drive and bought the F-Type... Meanwhile, the Vantage is so athletically sexy to look at; unique!

Ok. My wife just got one. Of course i drive her . She had 2018 porsche turbo s prior, and a db9. Obviously i keep it in track always. It is so much better than any non gt porsche . 100%. I absolutely love it. I didnt like my g63 but wow aston rocked the engine its amazing . LOVE this car . Second only to porsche gt3

Wonderful exotica. Great review. That interior only looked special to me with the upgraded tan leather. I wouldn't pay extra for door mats on a car that expensive, by the way.

I don't know why everyone seems to think of the 911 as a super-quality benchmark. My 2008 Carrera 911 S2 was crap - it needed 2 engine rebuilds on 4,5 and 6 = a common issue it seems - and would bounce off slight bumps in the road under acceleration making the front go alarmingly light. My 2015 v8 Vantage though is great and feels significantly faster than the Porsche which was big disappointment from day one. The Porsche build quality was fine otherwise - but the Aston, if anything, is better.

Aston Martin has always look elegant, but for me, I have never been a fan of the interior. In terms of tech, they have always been behind. The new models still have not caught up in my view. If I was to buy one, it would e because I was looking for a good looking GT

Man, this is a poorly spec’d car 👎🏽 Extra for floor mats? No adaptive cruise? Speaker grills for premium audio could be a bit flashier. The resolution on that screen reminds me of an 8bit Atari.

This review misses the all-important reason to buy the Vantage; the joy of driving it. In the hills, along the windy roads of the coast, away from traffic, to your heart's content. The reviewer should focus on that, not on the technical stuff. Yanks do that!

Mercedes is ending production of the 4l v8 for a 4cy electrified engine, AM isn't going to use a 4cyl so the inhouse v6 engine will replace the Mercedes ,
