Your points are valid, but I personally think she is truly unable to formulate a coherent thought. She certainly cannot communicate one. She is decent at memorization, though, as she pulled that off quite well at the debate. If a moderator would have challenged her to answer more clearly, we would have seen her trademark word salad emerge. She reminds me of the times I would have to talk about a subject I had no idea about, like when I skipped the homework or reading. I would just piece together some platitudes, some buzzwords and use b.s. as the mortar to hold it all together. I don't think I fooled the teacher with any of it!
