I got Bar Mitzvah in 1971. Parasha Metzora. I knew it was from Leviticus and spoke about how to treat diseases. I had no idea at the time that this ceremony was not commanded in the Torah. I always follow the transcript as I'm interested in the Hebrew words. However, this translation has not been very good with the word Bar - it could be bal, baal, peren, all sorts. This doesn't give a good translation, and I'd appreciate the correct spelling of the word used by Zev. Apart from that, I listen to every one of Zev's teachings and have learnt so much. Such fresh revelation. Thank you very much, Zev. Shalom.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. He perfects the Law of Moyse. The new Law is to love God alone, and your neighbor as yourself. In Christ, there is no longer male or female, Jew or Gentile... This is the Law of freedom in Christ. If Paul asks Timothy to be circumcised, it's not to follow the Law of Moyse, but to be more respectable when preaching the Gospel to the Jews. Paul doesn't follow any dietary prohibitions, and he disputes with Peter, who did the same until brothers from Jerusalem came. For Paul, brothers who want to keep the Law of Moses are false brothers. It is not the Spirit of Jesus that urges the circumcision of Gentiles, but the lust and vanity of false brothers. God bless you

I think that Numbers 1:45 is an answer to your question. Israel was ordered by God to go and conquer the land of Canaan, and only those of the age of 20 and more were required to take part in the conquest whatever their role of the action was. Please take as an exemple the battle and conquest of Jericho, the whole Israel walked around the walls.

This sounds simple until we read his words in the renew pact. That renew pact talks about from where we have fallen, the promise of a new altar wich is bodys and how we out to earn it. Jesus is not the WORD of God, jesus it's the firts white horse of revelation 6. The WORD our Yeshua of life is God only Glory and pawer. Taking God's name in vain does not mean using it as profanity. When you do something in vain it means faked, or feigned, or in hypocrisy. It means it is worthless or pointless. To take God's name in vain means to pretend to represent him, but in actuality you are a hypocrite, or a false prophet, or faking it. You are giving God a bad name by your bad example. This is taking the name of the Lord thy God in vain. This was the sin of the Pharisees, Sadducees, priests, lawyers, and the Levites. They were taking God's name in vain. Mark 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Hypocrisy may be the most egregious sin to God. I think this is why God made such an example of Annanias and Saphira. A non-believer using the word "god" as profanity cannot take the Lord's name in vain, because they are a non-believer. Only someone who professes to believe can take God's name in vain. If you deny God, you are not taking his name at all. Unbelief has its own condemnation. John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 2 Peter 2:1-3 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

The truth "makes"you free. But, unless you preach Acts 2:38 and obey Acts 2:38; you cannot be saved. Everyone must repent, they must be baptized in the name of Yeshua,Jesus and be filled with the Holy Ghost speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. This alone is the plan of salvation. Yeah, the plan of Yeshua. I ve never heard you preach Acts 2:38. So, how are you getting anyone saved. And further more Apostle Peter an Hebrew, new exactly what to preach and he wasn't preaching some Baptist or Catholic doctrine.

Being baptized in the name of Jesus is the same as being baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. There is no explicit prescription for being baptized in the name of Jesus, but there is an explicit prescription for being baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit in the last verses of Matthew
