When i was practicing witchraft and new age spirituality, astral projecting was something i wanted to do for a long time, i would try to induce it and almost every night i experienced sleep paralysis; it was like i was being held down and my spirit trying to leave my body and i would feel such an immense and terrorizing fear come over me, but every single time i would try to just let it happen- SOMETHING always stopped me and made me fight back. Since i came into Christ Jesus, he has revealed to me that what i was experiencing almost every night was actually demonic attacks trying to get me to come out of my body and get me as soon as my soul was out. Friends, you need to confess that sin to God and repent. Yes, I have been in the spirit once before (not by force). Last year on Halloween, I was praying against principalities and powers that were trying to attack the kids who did trick or treating and I was praying for there protect before going to bed that night. When I went to sleep, I felt myself come out of my body and was taken to this abandoned school that housed many demonic and unclean spirits. In the place I saw things that blasphemed God and terrifying spirits. I cant exactly remember the things I saw but they were terrifying me. Eventually, I got so scared that I felt my fall backwards and I felt my spirit go back into my body. I prayed to Jesus that He wouldn't take me back there, but I realized afterwards that not a single spirit touch me or harmed me, even though they looked like they could have. I believe God was protecting in this. Almost a year later and I'm still not sure why I was sent there, or if I did something wrong, but being out in the spirit is very real! I praise God that I wasnt harmed. Again I dont know if it was an attack, or if God was showing me something but I trust God for that wisdom.

Read Praying Medic’s book “Traveling in the Spirit made easy”. It goes in to the difference between astral projection (witchcraft) and spirit travel (Holy Spirit or God directed spirit travel). It sounds like you experienced the latter. God likely showed you since you were praying about it and it gave you an opportunity to know exactly what to pray against (revealing the enemy’s cards/ whereabouts) or a more specific strategy for what to pray against. The devil twists and perverts what only God can create or ordain. The enemy’s version is a cheap substitute that can lead to death. God directed spirit travel is part of Kingdom Principles. There are many biblical examples of this, you may have read them but it may not have dawned on you at the time. Ask for revelation, and the Lord will highlight it to you in His Word (try looking up story about Philip in Acts 8:39 or Ezekiel 3:12). Spirit travel is also called “translation or to translate from one location to another”.

I had this crazy experience last year while I was praying for my friend. I totally went out of my body, like, God took me to my friend's house. And then out of nowhere, it's night time and He shines this light from the clouds behind me, lighting up the whole place. I'm there, witnessing this epic showdown between white clouds and dark clouds, like a spiritual throwdown, you know? I have astral projected before but I wasn’t actively attempting to do it. When I was in high school I naively dabbled in New Age. I had crystals because I thought they were pretty, I was into astrology and birth charts, but also I used to do hypnosis on myself. All of these things I stepped into naive or not I opened the door to become heavily oppressed by demons. For years I struggled with depression, suicidal ideation and I dealt with the sleep paralysis almost every day for 2 years of my life. My sleep paralysis progressed from feeling like I couldn’t breathe to hearing and seeing things. I remember being asleep but my soul was up walking around in my dorm room while I was stuck in the paralysis. I remember that one time it happened, I had gotten up and walked to my door and saw a man standing there through the peep hole, then, I walked to my mirror and the whites of my eyes were glaring red. In reality, I was astral projecting but I didn’t find that out until years later. By the grace of God, He freed me from sleep paralysis and has been redeeming me ever since. The "original sin" is that men became INDEPENDENT from God. Independence from God our Creator brings death (physical and eternal). The first one to rebel against God and to become independent was satan and the 1/3 of angelic host that followed him. Men followed satan's counsel and sinned, and since that moment, man (and woman) replicate satan. He was made unto the image of God, but now man's nature changed and it reflects and replicates satan. Inside the dead spirit every person has an altar, a throne where the “I / SELF” sits. To return to God, we need to acknowledge and recognize His Government, His Authority, over us, and our Obedience to Him. We recognize He is the Son of God that died in my place so that I can return to my Father. So we have the Mercy granted to us and our SPIRIT is born again. Consider that our SOUL and physical body remain the same (corrupted) even though our spirit has been brought to life by the Spirit of God. We bring with us a baggage from the kingdom of darkness in this area, and we need to get rid of it as soon as possible. We need to undergo a REGENERATION process in the "soul" area, and it DOES NOT happen automatically. Philippians 2:12 we are told to "work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." The soul has three parts: mind, emotions and will. We need to submit each of them under the Authority, Government and Obedience to God. We do this voluntarily, knowing that what we have is corrupt; it needs to be transformed by the Power of the Holy Spirit and through the living Word of God working in us. We need to study the Scriptures in HIS PRESENCE DAILY. We need to meditate on the Word at all times. This is a process where we have to be diligent. It doesn't happen like magic, automatically. Our soul has 3 areas: 1. The Mind: We are told to renew our minds (Romans 12:2) 2. The Emotions: We need to ask God daily to give us TEMPERANCE in our emotions, so that we don't fall into depression, explosions or frenzy, which will cause us to sin against Him. 3. Will: Now we have a Lord, a Boss. Our lives do not belong to us. We are not "free" to go around doing what we want (as we used to do prior being born-again). We now belong to God, He is our Father, He has plans for our lives that are wonderful; and we submit our will to HIS WILL because He is Wise, and knows best, we Trust Him. Just like Jesus did: May Your will be done, Father, and NOT as I want! So we need to ask our Father to baptize us with His Holy Spirit. We need to pray in tongues as much as possible without distractions to strengthen our inner man (our spirit). We will need to do a proper spiritual SOUL CLEANING, (deliverance) at different times, because we bring inside evil spirits that entered by our own sins, or we inherited from our ancestors' sins. (Unless we come from an extremely holy family of 14 generations of holiness). This nowadays is not the common thing to find. When we follow Jesus we need to obey His instructions in Mathew 16:24 (the denying of the self, and the carrying of the cross where we ourselves need to crucify that rebellious and self-centered "self" that reflects satan. the "I" has to go to the cross so that GOD can truly govern our lives. We need to step down from that throne and invite God to sit on it and to govern our lives. We are used to pray (we speak, ask, beg, declare) but we RARELY LISTEN So we need to learn to LISTEN, to be calm and attentive to His voice within our spirits, and to obey the Holy Spirit. We now need to live lives CONNECTED to our Head, Jesus. If we have evil spirits dwelling in our soul, we won't be calm and quiet. This is a sign we need deliverance! Our Lord Jesus will choose among the OBEDIENT ones to raise up His Anointed ministers. Regrettably, I've done astral projection 3 times while I was 14. I didn't know it was witchcraft, I just thought the idea sounded cool, so I looked up a guide and did it. The 3rd time I felt like I fell back into my body and wasn't able to do it ever again. In my 20's I realized it was an occultic practice and regretted that I ever tried it. I bet when I fell back into my body and was unable to do it again, that was God preventing me from delving any further into it since I was pretty much doing it by accident and out of curiosity, so maybe he allowed me to do it a few times to satisfy my curiosity, and then said "Okay, that's enough You need to stop" and made it impossible for me. I was a Christian at the time, and still am, but I was an ignorant one, now I'm much wiser and don't dare try any of that stuff anymore, thank God. I also tried telekenesis, pyrokenesis and telepathy but was never successful. Astral projection was fun while it lasted, but now that I'm older, I'm glad I lost the ability to do it, because who knows how far I could've fallen into witchcraft if I never lost the ability.

I started listening to audio step by step guides on how to have out of body experiences while following the steps, I also had 2 Aleister Crowley books but never performed any of the rituals. In general I've had 3 or 4 out of body experiences and several weird dreams. It all opened doors to a lot of bad stuff in my life that I couldn't control. Now I hate it more than ever. I would have been worse had I not sought God. Even now as a more solid christian than I was before, my life still hasn't been the same and i'm still praying to Jesus about it. @@mvanoabrahams5069 Yeah, I think I know what you mean. I've had things happen that could possibly be a result from those activities, and things that are most likely directly tied to those choices. I don't want to get into all the bad things that have happened to me, but sometimes it just seems I'm being subtly messed with. Sometimes I feel like quitting something and after I quit, it was immediately before I would have succeeded. But I've learned to push through a little longer and when I feel like quitting, I take that as a sign that I'm about to succeed, so God turned that feeling I get into a blessing. I'm not sure if those are associated with my activities or just common things, but I'm certain I opened a doorway, maybe something or some things attached themselves to me, fortunately they aren't too powerful it seems, that is if they are even still around, IDK. The proof and otherwise possible evidence of the door that was opened was that I saw a demon following me about 8 years ago, it looked like a void where light couldn't exist and it was in the shape of a human torso with a head, but no neck, arms, or legs and it was about 2 feet above the ground and about 3 or 4 feet tall and maybe 2 feet wide. Before I saw it, I had a feeling someone was following me, but not because I heard anything or saw anyone beforehand, it was just my meager spiritual discernment telling me something was there. When I looked behind me, I saw it and about a quarter second later it darted out of view at like 100 MPH. Weird. Another time I saw a CD case move on it's own and the weirdest part was that I knew it was going to fall even though it was a natural impossibility, only possible through supernatural means. The surface was perfectly flat and level and the CD case was right in the middle of that 1 foot wide surface. A thought came into my head "That's gonna fall off" and then I thought "What? That's a dumb thought" and so I ignored it. But about 2 minutes later it fell off as if it was pushed by a cat, have you seen how they like to knock things off of tables? I'm not scared of these things, but I suppose that my lack of fear and faith in Christ alone may not be enough to make me immune from their mischief. The way they seem to have maybe effected me negatively is occasional "bad luck" (I don't believe in luck, only probabilities and supernatural influence) and occasional bad thoughts, but nothing serious that can be obviously associated with an evil spirit as in those 2 stories I told. I've prayed to cleanse myself from these spirits, but maybe God wants me to pay the consequences, however minor they may be, and I fully accept that if that is his will. God forgives us if we honestly repent, but that doesn't always mean we don't suffer consequences. I've considered one day soon doing a deliverance, and also cleansing my house like what's explained in Isaiah's video on that subject. It sure couldn't hurt, even if I'm not convinced those spirits are still around, it might be worth a shot. But yeah, any occult activity no matter how seemingly harmless is definitely not the kind of stuff you want to play around with. It's best to not find out the hard way whether or not it will come with consequences, no matter how minor.

I have had out of body experiences when I was a little girl. It was terrifying because demons always tried to attack me and I was scared of going to sleep for some time. Thanks to God, I stopped having them for some time until I was 11. I got curious as to what this was and read into it. I never practiced it but I feel like God gave me the ability to forsee certain days in my dreams to warn my parents of what was going to happen. The "original sin" is that men became INDEPENDENT from God. Independence from God our Creator brings death (physical and eternal). The first one to rebel against God and to become independent was satan and the 1/3 of angelic host that followed him. Men followed satan's counsel and sinned, and since that moment, man (and woman) replicate satan. He was made unto the image of God, but now man's nature changed and it reflects and replicates satan. Inside the dead spirit every person has an altar, a throne where the “I / SELF” sits. We recognize He is the Son of God that died in my place so that I can return to my Father. So we have the Mercy granted to us and our SPIRIT is born again. We need to undergo a REGENERATION process in the "soul" area, and it DOES NOT happen automatically. Philippians 2:12 we are told to "work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." The soul has three parts: mind, emotions and will. We need to submit each of them under the Authority, Government and Obedience to God. We do this voluntarily, knowing that what we have is corrupt; it needs to be transformed by the Power of the Holy Spirit and through the living Word of God working in us. We need to study the Scriptures in HIS PRESENCE DAILY. We need to meditate on the Word at all times. This is a process where we have to be diligent. It doesn't happen like magic, automatically. Our soul has 3 areas: 1. The Mind: We are told to renew our minds (Romans 12:2) 2. The Emotions: We need to ask God daily to give us TEMPERANCE in our emotions, so that we don't fall into depression, explosions or frenzy, which will cause us to sin against Him. 3. And the second my legs were lifted up in the air hitting the wall while I was sleep. Both times I prayed that the lord to keep my soul if I passed , and I could suddenly resist whatever it was . When people were unconscious in sleep, if there are any open doors in body thru sin evil spirits will enter and drag the human soul into spiritual realm and create false visions and images to torment in dreams, but once you close the door and seek power of holy spirit they cannot lift your spirit when you’re unconscious, there are certain times that I personally recognised i am in dream and created own dreams, when I started fighting back demons in dream this happened 😅, thank Jesus he helped me all the time when i was lost.

To anyone who has experimented an "astral projection": It is our spirits that are born again when we come to Christ. Our souls remain corrupt and need to undergo a REGENERATION process. Friends, you need to confess that sin to God and repent. Imagine such a net stretched out, like the skin of an extremely obese person, that when he loses most of the excessive weight and volume, that skin doesn't "shrink" back. Ask the Lord what effects that "projection" caused to your soul, because it actually harmed it. Only God can restore it, and only God can guide you on what you need to do. You really need to commit yourselves to God and seek in Him to restore your soul. Your relationship and personal communication with Him is VITAL! NOTHING happens like "magic". Don't expect someone's prayer to correct this. You need to seek God fervently, personally and He will lead each of you personally. The timing is His. Persevere in your request with patience and faith.

@@daughteroftheking3 whenever you get these dreams, first thing you need to do is what ever you see in dreams, say in prayer satan what ever you had planned against me i cancel it in the name of Jesus, try to wake up by 4 am every day in the morning and pray don’t sleep after your prayer, remember we had the authority to judge angles, if we can judge the angles which are in the presence of God, then we had more power to judge fallen angels, leave all your old habits which are against the bible, ask for holy spirit baptism in the name of Jesus while you pray, for sure you will get deliverance.

I remember when I was going to psychics last year…. Right before I was demonized. What I thought I had was a dream. And within the dream I literally saw myself sleeping and I was hovering on the other side of my bed watching me sleep. That is all I could remember. And when I woke up from what I thought was a dream I booked a session with the same psychic that I had been going to and she said “like astral projection”. And I had no idea that astral projection was real and still to this day. I am not sure if it was a dream or I actually did it. But it was most certainly by accident and not intentional. And I am so very very glad that I haven’t had that experience ever again after that one. And once again it was right before I was demonized.
