I was at a Rave in the woods, middle of nowhere outside of York in the UK. It went on for 3 days!! Was 1998 and at some point on the first evening I heard this Track! They played mahadeva afterwards!!! 🍄😍😵‍💫 A friend gave me a Tescos carrier bag FULL of fresh cubes, must've been a few hundred in there. He had his own bag. We munched and munched, I had about 100 of them and saw reality bend and morph and all plant life became ever-growing, like the spines down the stems of Fern, were ever growing down the spine, like a flowing chainsaw, the moss vibrated and glowed and gave off tiny sparkles of light that drifted upwards into the sky and became stars! The trees seemed to be dancing at various points, branches twisting and contorted in sync with the rhythm of the music. When the sky turned blue in the next morning, you could only see a channel of the sky as it was a pine woodland, the rave was on the T junction of this path through it. as the clouds came in from the side, they fractalized and morphed around in shapes, imagine a triangle inside a circle and the circle was inside a square, as each bit of cloud hit each part of this geometrical sky it would bend, twist and contort around and fractalize within itself. Was truly the most magical experience. Almost on cue, as I was peaking, the DJ playing threw this on, as if it was the Universe calling out. I have never been more tripped out by music until that point of hearing this! Was an insane weekend!!! Thank you AP! Your music is part the reason i make the Art I do now! 💚
