I've had astral dreams since forever. Although at the time i didn't know. I moved to a new state 7 years ago and haven't had one since until i started listening to your videos. It took a few months. I also listen to sleep stories while trying to fall asleep. It was such a strange astral dream but it was one. The biggest difference between the 2 is one just feels real. Too real.

I gotta say, I've had a few beautiful experiences with astral projection, but I have been drawn back thru fear,as though negative entities are hanging around in my paralysis, well last night I tried this session and I had the most fantastic experience, I was in my bright white astral body and I lifted out into a kaleidoscope of beautiful colours! I heard music around me! Oh it didn't last long,but it's only been my first night!! So thanks so much you've taken that block of fear away from me! Good evening All, Has anyone bumped into a Native American man whilst listening to this Astral Projection video? Last night whilst listening I was escorted into two blacked out rooms by a lady who I couldn’t see. All I could hear was her voice but I felt so comfortable with her. The first room had a witch in it (I was told by my lady guide). I didn’t see her but could feel her presence, I was very uncomfortable and felt quite suffocated. I panicked and rushed out of the first black room and into the second room. In the second room there was a Native American shaman banging a drum. He didn’t speak or interact with me, he just banged his drum. I felt peace in his presence and completely safe. Has anyone had a similar experience or am I losing the plot? Haha

Repetition is the point of most of this work. Repetition helps reinforce and solidify new information or skills in memory. Through repeated exposure or practice, the brain strengthens the connections associated with the learning material, making it easier to recall and apply the knowledge later on.
