That means you're almost there. It's natural to "jump" or "fall" back into your body when your astral form realizes it's out. Kind of like waking up when you notice you're dreaming. In 2010 someone made their presence known to me and I clearly heard their name. i trued this tonight but i waited until i was really tired. it was brilliant i was first greeted with my female spirit guide after i came into contact with my awake third eye. it blinked a bit them i moved through these dimensions with my guide and the white the dimensions were black holes but looked like holes in walls there i cut through some sort of magic where I've been quite a bit. through the holes was a dimension i had looked to be quite bizarre with all these moving squares twisting left and right but floating my quite gave me a name a male name which I've forgot already. but will do this more often maybe i can get the answers to questions to problem going on in this life with the help of my guide. really good astral travel this time thank you very much. i will subscribe and continue this every night.

Michael: I was introduced to self hypnosis twenty-five years ago and still practice today... Never in any session has there been such a profound affect on my physical body and the ability to project (also something that just happens with me)... this session was immediate and as deep or deeper then the "basement" you mention... as you guided the session, I was already there as you mentioned it. I have been to the Crystal City and the Hall of Knowledge you speak of many many times. I have always considered the other dimensions as Parallel Universes in my travels, but Multiple Dimensions has come to me in recent weeks. But the Crystal City is always the same... I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I have never heard more than 10 minutes of this meditation. I have been trying for a couple months, almost every day, different times, different levels of alertness, every which way and still 10 minutes or less. We have to preserve sexual energy, eat less dense food and meditate on a set schedule for at least 3 months. The goal is to trick our mind to stay up and focus here while the body sleeps.

As I listened, I relaxed and visualized the things you described, but when it came to receiving my soul name I remember thinking 'don't be disappointed if I don't get a name'. Then just as you gave the suggestion to hear my soul name, there it was, out of the blue, clear as a bell. Very cool.

10 minutes in and the neighbors dogs start howling and breaks my concentration. Have no clue what they are howling at, i live in the sticks so it could be anything. Its frustrating but at the same time I’m thinking they are sensing what I’m doing bc they’ve only been doing it these past few days and I’ve started REALLY tapping into these AP videos and testing my own “spiritual wings” with hypnosis, and just in general expanding my knowledge of the spiritual realms and my own possibilities and i feel like they can feel it as i can feel it in myself. If that makes sense. Great video so far btw, im adding this to my watch later list so i can finish up undistracted.

hey. my first time in this video I was so tired and just let my self drift. J found it hard to breath sometimes and this meditation helped my past the point of this stress. I started to feel like I am really calm and floating and I saw in the dark flashes of yellow and purple and I had a tought in my mind that maybe I dont have to do any thing to astrul project. just to tune in with the feeling. and my heart started to beat faster and for a moment it felt like my sight was clearing but I went back to the calm state and kept listning to the meditation. thank you

The first three times i tried this i feel asleep. Today was my fourth attempt and i began earlier in the day. I was able to stay awake and had amazing results. I was listening to this calmly, with interest. When you said to ask "What is my soul name?" the phone rang immediately! The caller (who is a believer) gave me my soul-name. But then, maybe my soul name is a chime or musical note. Verbal names don't have to exist in all realms...right? Thanks again :)
