1st time listening and i felt the vibrations and then started to leave my body. i was going up and then started to lose it a little bit.. so i came back down. when i got back in my bed i pulled my blankets over myself, but i could SEE THROUGH THEM. i could see my whole bedroom. something started to pull my blankets off of me and i started to freak out. i realized i couldn’t move at all and i was in sleep paralysis. it was a crazy experience...

Sleep paralysis is the step before projecting out of your body, i have done it the moment it happened. So soon as the paralysis happens focus your thoughts upwardly and you will start to feel yourself (consciousness) hover upward. Try it next time

This video works!! I think it’s mostly related to the music or sounds in this video. Felt both my ears filling up as if I had water in them. First my right then left ear. You have to mentally push forward at that point tho. Don’t get scared or it will bring you out of the phase. Also noticed that any strong emotion will bring u out. Try to stay calm and tell ur self to breath calmly to reduce stress and anxiety. Those emotions seem to be the ones that bring u out of the phase the quickest. It also sounded like a train was was racing by my head. A LOUD humming type sound. I was in the phase for an hr and got bored actually. A tip for anyone out there, go look in a mirror! That’s how u will know for sure if ur in the phase or not. My face looked like it was melting. That how I knew I was in the phase and could play around wit it a bit. Looking forward to my next trip. Hopefully I will have a better idea of what I want to do in the phase when I get there. Much love 🙏 nameste

I have been practicing meditation and astral projection for like 6 months now. I've been studying up on all the techniques and really putting it to practice. I've successfully been able to meditate. But with all the info I've read and all of the guided astral projection meditation videos (and there's been lots! Lol) and I've never been successful in my consciousness leaving my physical body. I've gotten to the vibrational state several times, but that's as far as it got....until now!! Oh my goodness, this guided session is incredible! I've listened to sooo many and its this one that after at least, 6 months, helped me to experience my first OBE. Granted I only got right above my physical body, before popping back in lol...I now know for certain that its absolutely possible and im excited to try this one again right now, at about 5 am. I remember my astral arms were the first to come out...at first I thought I had moved my arms up and then at a while I was about half way out of my body when I saw my physical hands laying still beside me. In this moment I knew if I got too excited and unfocused on the meditation part of this, that I'd be sucked right back in. So I let that thought come and go and focused on my breathing and just pulling out of my body... then it actually happened! Like I said, that was as far as I got. But its actually huge improvement! And even though I honestly never truly doubted this was real.... because in my heart I feel as if we're all just energy, consciousness and ever evolving spirits that are temporarily having a human experience and that our minds hold all the answers, but do to our environment and our human limitations, we've simply forgotten them! Though in a meditative state, can sometimes bring back memories and such. I believe that when we die, its just the death of our physical bodies and our energy and consciousness move on. So of course the ideal of astral projection was completly understandable to me and I had all the confidence that its real! I honestly was naive in thinking that I'd be able to fully astral project and have the full experience way sooner lol. But this is no joke...its real! And to train your mind to be still yet conscious is very difficult to achieve! But once you do, you'll see the differences it makes in your day to day life when you're going about your regular routine. It helps my anxiety for sure! And I have severe anxiety...to the point of being on xanax for a period of time. The key is patience. Let me say that again....the key is PATIENCE! It takes time... and you have to go into it without expectations and an open mind. Dont get discouraged and just continue to practice and just observe any thoughts that may pop in as your focusing on your guided meditation and most importantly your breath and just let them pass on by...instead of consciously thinking thoughts...if that makes sense. Its really strange how the mind works, because when you observe random thoughts that pop in during meditation are so completly random and not consciously thought and that's a strange thing. But the more you do it, the more you realize what it's all about and what happens and therefore it gets easier to just let what happens happen. hoo, didn't mean for this to be such a long comment! Lol. I'm just personally so happy to have found this gilded astral projection meditation. And once again, to those who are new to trying this and to those who just can't get it! The key is patience and practice. ♡

One thing i did before video i listed to monks bowl and chant for 10 mins then switched to this it finally fully happened thanks all children of the light this isnt a joke please try this lady is amazing. I tried yrs ago and was disturbed during vibrational stage but last night it happened. When i seen myself start too rise i was shocked but managed to not get scared and pushed through it was amazing.

I've been listening to am sudio at night the classic" how to have an out-of-body experience" and going to sleep kind of early I've been waking up naturally about 4 and then listening to this until I fall asleep again . after two months I finally got an Obe I was in a sticky situation in the dream and I had the presence of mind to say *Awareness now! and it worked I went into a lucid situation finally. Cannot wait to keep doing it

So I been trying to do this for month. So I accidentally fell asleep while watching this and it had ended. Well just now I was waking up thinking about relaxing for only a second. Next thing you know this HIGH pitch sound was ringing in my ears and felt like it wouldn’t stop. Next it felt like my body was like moving like ocean waves. Next thing I couldn’t move or talk at all! I wanted to scream “I want to wake up I want to wake up!” I honestly just got terrified. Then next my body on it own felt like it rolled over. I don’t think I really fully projected bc I tried so hard not to but I feel like I had a vision or “dream” I did bc I visioned myself how I would look and I seen my body BUT it looked like the covers were over my head WHEN I never did. And I kept feeling my self getting pulled down the hallway but I stopped it. And I remember thinking I’m looking at jack. I didn’t fully astral projected tho bc I came really close. Idk what happen. I’ve been trying and trying so hard. I think it’s the part with the high pitch ringing and ALSO I started hearing a bunch of people talk like a 100 people in a restaurant sound. That’s what scared me

This is what I've experienced as a kid. I was sick and lay in my bed. I remember hearing so many voices at the same time. It was the most wonderful feeling. It felt so loving. Now I'm trying to get there again, but when I start to get somewhere I get too exited and then it stops. I Just keep trying tho.

I feel like I’m wasting all these hours just to wake up and be disappointed. I’ve grounded myself with stones and I have my protection. I’m battling depression and so many other things so I’m thinking that’s what’s blocking me. But it’s so disheartening because I just want answers. I don’t like the world were living on now 😔

I did this once but when I pulled the rope my body came out and I was seeing stars as if I was part of something bigger but anyway I awoke on a platform in space or somewhere but it was a dream but I was fully aware but I couldn't wake myself up and I see these big giant beings I would even say omniscient but 8 of them and they told me "you've been selected for a purpose regarding your affiliations with higher powers in a past life" and I woke up crying and happy but confused and till this day I see them watching me, guiding me, and leading me to what im meant to become I'm scared but i think I figured out where we go when we die

I got the closest I've ever been to actually astral projecting! I felt strong vibrations and like I was in a roller-coaster and staying completely still at the same time, while shapes were going in front of me, then the vibrations lessened, and that's when I lost it ( :( ). When I got up though, my body felt sleepy, but my mind didn't. It was cool!

This method has worked the best for me, although I was unable to complete the video (I HAD to move my physical self, just couldn’t sit still for long enough, as is usually the issue with meditation for me) but I had the most intense reactions with this method, and will continue to practice with it!

Thanks for the update. : ) Also, there's no need to remain absolutely still with hypnosis, you can use movement to deepen your trance saying silently "every movement of every muscle takes me to the perfect state of trance / relaxes me more...." or whatever words you choose. Just say it silently. It's a common misconception that hypnosis requires rigidity in the body for it to work. Great results, keep going!

Can someone please lend some advice?🙏 Every single time I'm in a deep meditation, it's 100 times worse when in an astral projection, I get pulled out of them very abruptly. I actually usually get "woke up" in a complete state of panic, heart beating so hard it hurts, I'm shaking, I literally jump out of whatever position I'm in... it's very unnerving and really hurts my meditation process. I'm so blissful and calm then so panic stricken in a split second. This last one was so scary. I literally jumped out of bed and started running around the house checking on everything bc I swore I heard terrible screaming. The screams were so loud, I felt then through my entirety. My chest still hurts from my heart beating so hard. My body is tense and shaky. Idk what to do, what blockage I may have, I just don't know.... thank you for your time in reading this

Hey guys. Here’s what I do. Numb your entire body. Then fall asleep while telling yourself you are sleeping. Your body goes numb so your brain allows u to sense everything around you in the dream world. Standing on a beach you can Feel the water and sand under your feet. You can smell the salt in the air. The colors are so vivid, and everything is amazing. Plus you can’t die I’ve crashed through a red brick walkway after falling backwards from a cloud. Damn did it hurt. And it still hurt when I woke up for a few mins. And then I felt better. But yeah. Numb your body and thing about dream worlds and go have an adventure. Once your body goes numb create a you in your head and eventually it will morph into a first person view. Because that’s what our brains are used to experiencing every day. So yea. I've tried various of your videos and been enjoying them, even though I didn't had results yet (for about a month or two). I've had this weird problem a few days ago that first appeared on the ball of light video : everytime I tried it, and just had it now, I feel like something is constricting me in the chest. It's not painful at all and only happen on your videos (similar music as trigger I guess), but really uncomfortable, and I just can't keep going. Any idea of what it might be ?

I think I know what that is,,,,,, do you experience sleep paralysis? That’s a quirk in our sleep where /brain is awake but body is in sleep paralysis. Happens either when just waking or falling asleep. (Look up hypnopopic and hypnogogic). You can have auditory hallucinations. I hear like cymbals crashing. And for me, this is very frightening. There’s also something that people experience and that’s like someone is sitting on your chest! They sometimes are scared and see a hag or witch on them. You’d be surprised how many people have the same hallucinations!, You’re prob very close to projecting cuz that’s the phase we’re supposed to be in in order to AP! But def check out sleep paralysis and hynopopic and h....gogic. (I might be misspelling or mis prouncing). Like I said, a lot of people feel that chest heaviness. good luck! Hope yiu get there soon. I haven’t. But the next time I’m in sleep paralysis ( I feel evil entities in the room - and other people do to!) they say not to be scared and submit to it and you can project

i astral projected out of body my body was vibrating like crazy intense vibrations. i always get scared of the vibrations an when i make it to the astral realm i came out of body an then all of a sudden im in my living room. i got so scared i heard a wolf growl in my chest area an got scared so i went straight back into my body it happened twice so far... im gonna try tonight an astral project imma shape shift in the astral realm 😁😁🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hi, Sarah! Thanks so much for this astral projection hypnosis! :) I had a tiny breakthrough with this one actually. I had been having trouble reaching that body-asleep-and-mind-awake state. I was either totally asleep or totally awake (I've been trying your meditations for a couple weeks now). I've been astral twice before (before I even found your KZbin channel), and I that's how I knew that I needed to work more on that sleep-awake state that I was talking about. Anyway, with this meditation, I was listening aware of your voice, and I could've sworn my body was awake too. But suddenly, my body started to snore! And I'm like, *WHOA, WHAT???* (I was UTTERLY surprised!!). And that's when I got kind of excited and so everything didn't go well after that (haha), but it was a breakthrough! So thank you. :) This is the second time I try this rope method. I think I will need to work more on my visuals to get to the vibrational state with *this* method. I get easily to the vibrational state with your other video (the fractional one), so I know I can do it. I guess I need to work a bit more. I might be leaving feedback, if you're interested. Thank you so much again! =D

Thanks for sharing; that's great! And just go with whichever method works best. It sounds as if you are more kinesthetic (respond to feeling / sensation suggestions more than visuals) as am I. Everyone has a primary preference of visual, kinesthetic, auditory or olfactory (smell). Most people respond to visuals or feelings as their primary preference. But you can also develop your visualization skills and you don't need to be in hypnosis for this. Just close your eyes and visualize a rope, or ball of light (my other visual AP) and get really real with the details. Do that maybe 5 to 10 mins a day and it should improve your success with my hypnosis sessions. Hasta luego, Sarah

I hadn't realized that before...but last night I played your fractional video again, and I noticed how you talked about feelings/sensations, and I was like, oy, this is true, I DO respond to feelings/sensations more than visuals. I hadn't even realized that myself. I had even thought I was more visual because, say, I'm not auditory or olfactory. But nope! Ha! Anyway. HI there, I get so very relaxed and get to the vibration state,and then I do the rope technique and thats,as far as it goes can't go any further my body is asleep I can even hear myself snoring and my Mind is wide awake and nothing happens am I doing something wrong? no, I've stopped doing it. I'm more interested in meditation and also meditation is counter productive to astral projection so you can only concentrate on either of the two. But I have seen progress in just my 2nd try. So better keep practicing this technique to see progress. good luck!

do you excercise regularly? cuz you need to work your body in order to get a good night's rest..also you should have a proper sleeping schedule for uninterrupted sleep and for you to get into rem phase..so plan a sleeping schedule and stick to it, even on the weekends..just keep practicing daily..I hope you find this helpful !

@@gantiyasaswini747 I workout then most kids my age, and I go to sleep at around 8 or in some rare cases at 9ish to get 6 hours of REM sleep! Last night I made success in waking up later than the last two days however I wasn’t able to astral project using this meditation. I think my biggest problem is I’m not getting sleep paralysis while awake even while keeping still and relaxing throughout the whole video with a positive mindset! Do you have anything that could help me or do you need to know more information?

This is one of the first times I've tried it. I woke up about an hour ago so my body kept yawning and I got snapped out every time. I also need to work on visualizing

I got extremely close to leaving my physical body, I got really powerful vibrations, then a lifting/ body dragging feeling, but then my body just won’t pop out lol, any help? Ps love your videos, got me the closest so far!

So I was able to lucid dream bc of this video but in the dream I started flying saying I’m astral projecting but it was a lil hard for me to change the scenes and stuff and stay flying

I need to ask someone, I was listening to another guided meditation on finding my spirit guide. I was so deeply relaxed that I was lost in thought and pretty much forgot that I was listening to it. In my mind I was in this domed kind of room and a group of about ten people showed up. They were all taller than me. I am guessing in the range of 7' to 8' in height. The one in the middle was the tallest by far and definitely the one in charge. Everything was very peaceful and soothing until they arrived. I could then remember hearing in my headphones almost sounding very distant that if it didn't feel right to tell whomever or whatever to go away. So I did but they didn't. They were trying to explain that they were here for me but it kept feeling more and more wrong and I felt intimidated by the tallest one, so I yelled to go. All of a sudden my whole body started to vibrate almost violently. It was very intense to say the least. I also started to feel an uncomfortable pressure in my chest. I asked for a name and all I heard was "Arcturus". I panicked and opened my eyes and I felt paralyzed on my couch. I had tunnel vision and there was a round white spot in the center of my field of view on my semi darkened ceiling. It probably took about 3-4 minutes of lying there until I was able to move and my vision came back to normal. Ever since then I feel like I made a huge mistake in panicking and opening my eyes. I guess I am asking if anyone has had anything similar or should I try again with the intention of reinitiating that or not. Any input would help.

Hi Richard. Check Johnny Blade's experience above, it sounds similar to yours. He also met 7-8 tall beings. He had the experience two months ago.

Those are the Arcturians. They’re an extraterrestrial race from Arcturus. Were they the tall blondes? Google them-there’s a lot of conflicting info about them.

The vibrations in my shoulder/ arms are almost too much, anyone have tips to push through? I stopped at 15 minutes cuz it wasn’t a comfortable feeling and no matter how much I focused on my breath I had to move

Arjun V Kumar keep trying tho🙏🏼 stay patient! Don’t go into your meditation with expectations. Have an open mind and focus on your breathing. Let your thoughts just pass you by, don’t give them any energy (or attention). It takes time and practice ❤️🙏🏼 but once you do it, I promise it is worth all of the wait!!

Bhakti it’s different for everybody. Some people have been doing since they were children and can easily do it, and others after months of practice still haven’t had it happen once. It really is circumstantial and I cannot say but if you stay consistent and set your intentions then you’re on the right path. Just be patient. There’s a KZbinr called Aaron Abke that has such amazing videos that explain everything and answer a lot of questions you might have!! ❤️

Can someone tell me what happens at the end, how do you come back? I always get so close, vibrations and static noise and I feel myself rising out of my body but I get scared at the last second and stop it. I think because I've never heard anyone talk about the end of the experience, do you actually have to go back to your body or does it happen automatically like a lucid dream? Lol it sounds so stupid and I'm sure you just come back like a lucid dream but that little bit of doubt scares me out of it every time, just need someone to confirm to put my mind at ease. Idk in the back of my mind I'm scared I'll get stuck out there in the ether I guess? 😂

It’s actually quite simple, from what I’ve heard you can either think of your physical body and the silver chord connecting your spirit will pull you back. Other methods include putting yourself back inside your physical body. Idk for sure I haven’t Astral projected yet but I will soon just need practice!

I get so so close that I feel vibrations and then I feel like I'm lifting but the salvia build up in my throat causes me to swallow and I loose it very time. It's becoming annoying.

Have you tried my AP session with Extended Relaxation? It uses exactly those annoying body reactions which are generated from the conscious part of the brain to avoid it losing control, and it uses them in a good way as deepeners. Try it out.

pricefan2007 ive been trying for months but ive been so close, i felt vibrations all.over and i started spinning (mentally of course) so fast that my heart felt like it was going to explode. It was the weirdest most amazing thing I've ever felt! I'm about to try again now 😊

Rosemary Fabian relax to the point of forgetting your body is even laying there...focus on slowing down your breathing...When you slow down your breathing your brain automatically starts to believe its asleep.Also the visual is very important as well.

Hey, idk if I'm late, but anyways. I'm gonna try this one tonight, but have never had success in AP in the 1 year+ that I have been trying (on and off, not nightly). Idk what I do wrong. I used to be able to reach vibrations, but now I just cant seem to for whatever reason. And when I could, I never fully understood separating. Do i attempt to physically move? When I tried this, I actually did move (my actual body). Do I kind of envision my astral self moving? When I tried this, I was just kind of imagining it. I can do the same thing right now, no astral projection, just imagining a spirit me walked and flying around. I don't understand. Help please!!

This took me to the one time I did DMT except better I got to The Light and was able to like float off into it testing the waters per se I'm going back again, the tug was not pulling me back so much as I had to come back just like OK this is a good start well do more again.?or go further when I return?

@@nikowilliams9583 hey so basically it’s actually been a while since i’ve tried projecting again. after doing a ton more research the most important thing is to protect yourself well. protection spells, and other things work. i would recommend looking into advanced witchcraft before you try astral projecting because negative thoughts form negative entities which will interfere with your astral projection. i haven’t yet succeeded but you actually brought up a good point- i should try again

I'm so tired of even trying. Body starts to vibrate and then I can't visualize the rope. Even though I was seeing plasma-like energy right before. In the last two years I've probably tried to project dozens of times. It's really disappointing.

Kenneth Knight same dawg🤧 still can’t figure this one out but I notice that once they hurt so bad I just want to open them, I focus even more on my breathing but softly tell myself “that feels better.” Or something along the lines of “I can’t feel my eyes” or just trick my brain into thinking “oh yeah they don’t hurt” and then I clear my mind of my thoughts and move on. It’s really hard bc it’s so intense and difficult but eventually it subsides 🙏🏼🙌🏼 (or atleast I tell myself🤪😂)

@@bellybuster7264 You know what. I also didnt astral project from a meditation.. 2 of my astraul projection were from sleeping and waking up from my dream but was not awake. Its okay to not get it but really know that your body knows how to do it. You should try meditation of lucid dreaming before bed. I once wasnt ready to astrul project and someone I stopped talking with tried to cobnect with me and make me astral project to meet him.. I met him in a dream and he took my hands and started to dance around with me in circle's. I felt myself swirling and felt my self like go in and out in motion. Than when I was rocking back and forth I saw my self alseep and I went back in and said okay this is enough stop playing with my brain. And I woke up.. You see this was from a dream. You really are the one that decides what will happen. If you cant get it its because you dont get enough relaxed. Try stretching and know that it will happen when you are ready. Dont push it. Before 3 days I did a meditation to astrul project and I felt my self like I started dreaming while awake like having gunny toughts. Than it felt like I got lightheaded and I felt so goood like cold air going into me and myslef so light but I got to excited and my heart was pounding so I came back to myslef.. You see its not easy for all. Also I find it hard but I know its something really natural. If you wanna talk about it I am here❤

@@Roses4U2Day I know it must be frustrating at first as beginner traits me I know, but know that Astral Projection is a powerful process that will take to time to work through consistent sheer practice. Think of it like working out it takes awhile to achieve the body you want(Though Astral Projection depending on the person, can take longer than that IN SOME CASES) So don’t give up. I believe in you just as much as I believe in myself!
