I have a question, I started listening to this sound frequencies or vibration about a month ago while sleeping in max volume and after about half an hour the sound like fades into nothing. It's like listening to a blank tape until the attention is retrieved. About a week ago I saw a colored dream in a lucid form but that's the end. Am trying really hard to travel along with the vibration but ends up sleeping and walking up to nothing. Can anyone help ❓

first of all, congratulations, you've already come a long way... there are many books on the subject, astral world... i like the one by william walker atkinson ... someone has also recorded it on youtube ;)

You're probably trying too hard. I haven't successfully traveled, but I haven't really been trying to. It's more advanced than people tend to let on, and there are exercises you can find to help grow that ability.

@@SOBIESKI_freedom then I'll glitch you out of there ....😁 turn up the frequency, first listen to the left for 10 seconds, then switch to the right for 10 seconds and then both together, then repeat it... you will notice that there are 3 tones, 1 left, 2 right, and 3 both together ... but the third sound definitely does not exist, your brain produces it🤯
