This is good, I listened to this while affirming that my spiritual body is floating, 5 minutes in I saw a little more light although my real environment is dark, I felt very weird and I felt I was actually being separated from my physical body! Been trying to Astral Project ever since my teenage years, my first ever successful one was while I was at university, I went to go to sleep but I awoke seeing myself asleep and looking down at the end of my bed, I then saw a lady spirit/ghost with her head on her hand smiling at me. I never forget that but since then not been able to do it anymore and I'm not sure why this is happening. Most of the time when using this I just see images/faces appear and lots of colours ammerging. I've been told I'm a natural Astral Projector but can't seem to do it anymore. I'll keep trying though :)

Buy the book "Adventures Beyond the Body" by William Buhlman. Used copies are cheap. I have read countless OBE books and Buhlman's book finally was the one that worked for me. In 2012, at age 76, I had my first fully conscious, awake and aware (coming up out of sleep to complete consciousness.). Took me over a month of nightly practice, but NOTHING in my life has been so worth it - and changed everything that happened in waking life from then on. @@sanguineskate9691 Yeah I haven't had that happen. I've never seen my body during my sessions. But I can say from when I first made this comment. It was really crazy and not like a dream. I was in his room and he was talking to me and I responded with yes to him. But after my session ended. I'm trying to achieve Astral travel better. Things like seeing my body, or going to the 4th or 5th dimension. It's crazy, but it's the realist meditation I've ever experienced. One that I want and need to explore more.

I saw a witches castle in complete darkness...I was flying Mach 1. I felt lonely with out my body. I embraced the experience; saw a beacon light at Mach 1. I felt the air through my face and hair. I flew into a witches castle, felt lonely with out my body...so I hung out with a witch. She was average looking when I flew in her room. She was watching TV in a castle, and acted normal. I said, thank God I got away from the darkness, and hung out with the old lady until I felt it was safe to leave. Also it is noted in the vision that there somehow is light in darkness for the witches castle had light within it. I am now on a mission to astral project to atheists houses and knock stuff over, to prove once and for all that the spirit world is real.

Turns out I hallucinated the phone, but I was awake, because I was in the exact same position, with my hand there too, but the phone disappeared and my vision changed a bit. Then I checked my phone for real which was on the other side of my body, and the time was 2:35 pm.

I always get to that point where you get really tingly and it’s so uncomfortable and makes me really tense and then I give up and shake the sensations away 😢😢 I’ve gotten to the part where my soul was ready to leave the body, but my soul always gets stuck because I don’t know how to leave, so it just sits there in my body and I’m stuck and that’s the end of it 😢😢

Some report the buzzing sound. Some the tingling or vibrations. Both are indicative of the beginning of a launch. The idea is to get your mind alert while your body goes completely relaxed, or paralyzed as it were. Many people only get to the paralyzed point and then freak out because they cannot move, or their astral eyes open and the get scared of what they see. I suggest you pick up a copy of Journeys out of body by Robert Monroe. You can also watch videos on YT about him and his journey.

Astral projection is deliberate out of body experience. Sleep paralysis is not being able to move or speak when you wake up or are falling asleep

Humanity on Trial Sunday, October 17 2021Views: 111 I am sitting in a semi-circle half-way between a group of creatures. We are all dressed in black robes with hoods that obscure our faces, and cover our bodies completely. I can sense two of the creatures energy intrinsically. One is the Judge of this trial. The other is an extremely evil and powerful being I cannot directly look at. I can sense it’s malice and hatred of humanity. At least eight other beings are also in this group. The one I sense as evil continues to put out menacing vibes towards everyone who is putting forth a case for the continuation of humanity. I listen and am becoming more and more convinced that humanity, and it’s foibles is going to be convicted and lose this trial. I sit and listen as a list of reasons humanity should be destroyed. Finally I can take it no longer and ask to speak. I had watched the evil one when he flew into his seat as a mist of dark energy and solidified under his robe. I felt a need to speak on behalf of humanity, but could not start without addressing the evil elephant in the room. My head was down, and I could not bring myself to look directly at him. Just a cautionary glance with my peripheral vision. I started by saying “Your honor, no offense, but I am not sure exactly what that thing is.” I can feel it’s blazing gaze on me, ready to pounce and destroy anything I try to say in defense of humanity. I continue, “I don’t feel like the case for humanity is getting enough representation at this trial.” The rest of what I say seemed to come from some place inside me. I cannot even put words to it as it came out in a series of emotions that became so intense it woke me up. I felt the stare of the creature intensely upon me. Amethyst, Bismuth (good pairs with bismuth are blue calcite,lolite), Ametrine, Black tourmaline, labradorite, moldavite, fluorite. All of these can help in some form or fashion . But be careful with moldavite some people can’t handle the strength of its energy (personally I love it I have a ring in each hand) Hope this helps :) good luck on your journey
