I dream every single night and even naps. Some are nightmares. I’ve tried these lucid dreaming audios and I haven’t felt anything different. I’d give anything to control or direct my dreams.

Not only audios you need some practice. Write dreams Meditate Do reality checks Awake at 4 -5 am and then sleep again. Power it's in you. 🧙♂️

The most important lucid dream you want to be aware of is our waking life. Perhaps you do battles in dreams and even go on adventures. Doesn't mean you will automatically remember it. Consider that. 😊
