I totally understand you but I PROMISE you will make it. Our Souls wanted to experience ALL of earthly life so here we are. I laugh at almost everything now at 65. Been there Done that Got the T-shirt 😉 I know it’s difficult with everything going on but there’s nothing you can do about so just observe it chuckle and move on. Great video as always 🫶🏼 I feel compelled to add that ‘letting go’ of an emotion doesn’t work or can often be misleading. To release deeper emotions we need to bring them closer, lean in with compassion and feel them fully without them consuming us, see them, listen to them and be with them. They will naturally fade as we start to do this. It’s not a letting go with the mind 1st, but a bringing closer with the body x

The past traumas like a volcano, I felt that! Intensely. All of a sudden I had to deal with past abandonment issues all over again. Facing difficult situations to clear karmic debts, I have also experienced this intensely this past year. Can't wait for my Karmic reward! You said that we will continue on a path without these trials. Yes please!! I also resonate intensely with the rollercoaster emotions. Adjusting thus to new frequencies. Love it! forge a being of pure light and unassailable strength - I need this intensely now! This upgrade. Navigating through the dark night of the soul - does this then eliminate the ego? Sounds to me like this! Hence can we accept that the people with the most inactive ego's are the people who have experienced the most sorrow? And also a magnetic presence, I definitely have that, but never linked it to the dark night of the soul.
