They should really re-balance the new Expired Medicine to have different odds, because currently it's just a mathematically *much* worse Cigarettes. It'd probably work well with a 3/4 chance of healing 2 and a 1/4 chance of dealing 1, to make it slightly stronger than cigarettes on average (averaging a heal of 1.25 health compared to cigarettes's guaranteed 1) or maybe 2/3 chance of heal 2 and 1/3 chance of deal 1, to make it equal to Cigarettes on averaging

I’m fairly certain there are slight variations in the racking sounds upon loading, not to tell what shell is what but rather to be able to determine the pattern, whether it’s alternating, multiple in a row, or any other variations. Once you know what the first shell is, knowing the pattern should help you determine the entire mag tube.
