i've done a lot of crochet and i cant make head nor tails of the first stich with the white :( it might be my dyslexia

Yarn over, hook through 2nd blue window from back to front. Insert hook on 6th white chain from hook, pull to the back (through same 2nd blue window), and complete dc on the back. Chain 1 and repeat through next blue window, and grab the white chain skipping one chain…
