Got the gen 2 for PS4 last weekend and I agree with your points. Seems like this headset is somehow going under the radar as far as social media reviews go but man it’s a total upgrade over the original A20 and the 2019 A40

I was originally hunting for a50 black friday deals for gen 4. Nothing. So I went back and was gonna land on the a10s. Saw these for $120 and sort of got the best of both worlds. Unless you are making money from gaming I find it hard to warrant a $300 price point with these available.

Just went from the A20s Gen 1 to the Gen 2 and the mic is not only better, it does not have feedback through the headset. Also, it is quite louder than the Gen 1s as well. I have the PS5 version, so the 3d sound is quite immersive. When dialed all the way up, you are literally in the fight. Mine are white with the blue trim. Fantastic Headset for $119.99

@@MacikSeba Great question. I am not sure...they all seem about the same for me. I have not done any scientific testing but I did put them up against several others in their class and I do not regret the purchase. I had the A40s and 50s both years ago too.

Don’t see how you say they are too loud I had the gen 1 TB 600s and I have to play at full volume and they are very quiet I just got the a20s and they get much louder then the 600s but I have to run at like 75% volume and no I don’t have bad hearing I have it checked and I can hear a pin drop or a fan bearing going bad

I just got the turtle beach 700 gen 2 which were $150. I’m thinking about returning them and getting these bcuz I’m not completely satisfied with them. Audio quality is great it’s just it sounds choppy and distorted at times. Like they can’t fully connect to the console. Idk I’m hoping these are better.

It's really easy with this one. Just plug usb transmitter in and power on your headset, that's pretty much it.

@@FishBeeProductions I still haven't found a better headset then my old Turtle Beach Elite 800 X.. Yes they cost $300 at the time but my goodness!! They were amazing! Not even the Astro 50 could come close. After they broke on me i bought a pair of Rig 800LX and they came very close to my turtle beach. Crazy how prices are everywhere but i feel some companies are just recycling headset and just add a little bit of cosmetics and a little bit of bass and resell you the same thing as the old for Xtra $100.

no these are ment for pc and console gaming only they also sometimes say on the box or online you can read the description. if youre looking for mobile gaming headsets i would not recommend getting expensive headsets like these. you dont need to go all out for mobile i say find cheaper headsets online that are ment for mobile.

I bought one of these and I don't now if they gave me a faulty one or not I had it for 4 days didn't do anything to damage it, it beeps in the left ear thingy if no audio is playing, you randomly hear clicking sounds they literally sound like your clicking a mouse, every time I turn it of it resets all my audio settings back to default, and when you try to switch from voice to game to turn it up you have to press it 20 times for it to work and currently I cannot turn up my headsets game volume, also my freainds said it sounded like I was talking throu a muffled walkie talkie. So for me this things a piece of trash but always positives at least it's comfy and sounds good and that's about it
