Do you think these settings will work for hearing footsteps for ARMA Reforger for the XBOX Series S? I am using the Astro A40’s gen 4 with the mod kit. Really appreciate you taking the time to do this!

Which mod Astro? Which gen I can know either by a picture or vertical or horizontal mixamp if u got it paired with it. Mod kit is not gen specific unless it's A50. White image if u mean the green one that's for 10 band EQ use only software uses should be in description.

Ingame audio mix and master volume info is also in my website link. Effects 100 Music / dialogue 0-20 Master 75-100 Audio mix TV/PC PS5 Normally USB device or TV on top setting Then either TV or Av amplifier Mainly whatever makes the EQ work

On PC, do you prefer Command Center or 10 Band? Also do I disable all windows enhancements?

On PC I prefer command center. Disable enhancements yes but only things I would leave on is if you use Dolby access.

Do I need the Astro hdmi adapter for this because I did the astro a40 tr gen 4 settings and synced it into the device and on my ps5 when I use the headset, it doesn’t sound any different than connecting the headset to my controller

Optical connection via TV or adapter is required on console for on board EQs from A40s and A50s. If you don't have this done yet this could be the issue.
