For the wrist : At the beginning of the MV Eunwoo had a battery on his wrist which was at low battery and Moonbin at the end had full charge As the Album says this Album is from ASTRO TO ASTRO which is why even if they are felling low/down ( low battery ) everything will be fine once they are with each other ( indicated by the full charge at Bin's wrist at the end )

I think the concept is about recharging , at the start Eun Woo'S battery in his wrist was blinking, the scene where rocky was touchy is chest was trying to wake him so they went on a trip to recharge. At the end, they were fully charged as seen in moonbin's wrist, fully charged.
