There is something extra about Moonbin… yes he is incredibly sexy but it’s more than that. He has such a magnetic energy when performing and he can melt you in a split second when he does his little smile 🥹 that man’s duality is something. Moonbin is my bias but all of them have seriously wrecked my ass on multiple ocasssions. JinJin has been coming for me lately 😮‍💨 we love a short buff king!

What a treat to see all Astro choreos back to back :) I'm not a kpop fan and I literally have no other kpop groups on my Spotify list other than Astro. They are very different from any other groups I've ever listened to. They definitely have a jazzy, contemporary vibe in terms of choreo which I found really elegant and artsy. My favorite choreos from them are My Zone (you should definitely check concert performances) and When You Call My Name. And I think these two songs are Astro in a nutshell. Only Astro can pull off a song/choreo like My Zone which is deadly sexy and also a song/choreo like When You Call My Name which is deadly cute at the same time. I love love these boys and I definitely would like to see you react to them more.

I think of ASTRO being talls and smalls. They work so well together to make sure that the talls aren't completely towering in any one scene setup, unless it needs the impact of them up front. Moonbin's solo for Knock was because he had missed the initial dance practice and performances, so when he was healthy and came back, he did his parts as a solo, and then as OT6. He's SUCH a powerful dancer. He's sleek and contained, and uses exactly as much motion as is necessary to beautifully complete every line, which I find so satisfying in someone with long limbs. It's so easy for dancers to lose things like their fingertips when trying to move quickly, but it always seems like Moonbin practiced everything at 2x speed and then just slowed it down for us mortals to watch. And Rocky is, well, truly *the* kpop ace in my book. He's done emcee interview work, acting, and now a musical lead. And he's still only 23. TWENTY THREE. He came out of the shell he'd been in for so long while finding himself, and between things like Ice Flower and the unit work with Jinjin, he really bulked out his ability levels in every area _besides_ dance. His musicality is just next level. Baby Sanha. Heavens, I just want to hug him all the time. He's blossomed as well, with acting, unit work, show hosting? He seems like he had Rocky and Moonbin as dance parents, and he got all the best of both of them. He has Moonbin's precise lines, and Rocky's effortlessness to his dancing. I adore him. I'm so glad that all of them are able to really put their talents to use. With Jinjin songwriting and composing for other groups as well, MJ getting his solo work and being able to work with trot music, and Eunwoo's acting going gangbusters, they feel like one of the few groups who get to "indulge" all their possibilities, which I wasn't sure the agency was going to be good enough to let them do. I'm glad I was wrong.

We really don't talk enough about Jinjin dance skills.. He's lead dancer and I rarely see people talking about him, the man entered Hanlim with the best score of his promotion, was the first of his class and even got a scholarship for his dancing, he's talented af.. His footwork is insane, he's the king of house dance and he's "the only one in astro who can do breakdancing and street dance properly" (not my words it's from a interview). But he can't show that in their choreo and it's a shame because he's sooooo good... I hope people will start to talk about him too when it comes to dance. He said once that he lost some confidence when he met Rocky and saw him dance and it broke my heart so we really should praise him more too because he can do everything too and he deserves so much more recognition. He's so much more than just the leader.. Also his stage presence and expression are insane. His confidence when he dances is crazy. Just watch his fancam for their cover of "Idol" by BTS, he was mind blowing really, it was like another Jinjin. Also I really suggest you to watch this cover. It's Jinjin, Rocky and Sanha with members of Pentagon and Victon. Also JinSanHyuk cover of Exo - Love shot too. Same with member of other groups, they were stunning ! Also you talked about them being light on their feet and it reminds me that Jinjin said they use their toes for that reason, to look light on their feet when they dance and if you really pay attention you can see that in all their choreo. And do we need to talk about their synchronisation ? They're all insanely talented !

I agree with u. Lots of people look beyond Jinjin because all od them is basically insanely talented. I cant say he was overshined but it felt like it sometimes. Im not saying that i dont appreciate the sparkles the other boys bring but i wish everyone could see how Great jinjin is. Him being the smallest member yet has the most deep powerful voice used in their rapping my most fave was Blue flame that rap just slap even if its so short. I REALLY APPRECIATE JINJIN IN ANY ASPECT HE HAS MY RESPECT IN SO MANY WAYS. I WANNA SHOW HOW MUCH I LOVE HOW HE IS ON THE DANCE FLOOR AND AS A PERSON. ASTRO is one of those groups that are different from others. From music, choreo, voices, lyrics, to sweetness. They are a beautiful family, always supporting eachother. I feel their aura, very calming and without all the hard or weighted energy other groups have, I don't know to explain it but something like that 😅. Despite everything they are still with us and I'm very happy for them and us. I agree with you about Binnie and Sanha, they were the perfect duo 🥺💔. I hope we can have a solo album from Sanha too because his voice has evolved so beautifully, for example, songs on Desire album. Love ASTRO ♾️💫💜🫂

I guess I'm a casual fan of Astro overal, but Rocky is one of my top 3 favorite dancers ever 😍 So hearing your praise of him over and over again make me so happy 😁 And I 100% agree with what you said about him 💖 Astro's songs are good, but mostly not really for me, BUT their dances are AMAZING 👌 So I absolutely love to watch this dance videoes, they have been replayed a lot! I adore them so much. I fell in love with them from their choreography. The synch, the formations, the level of difficulty just chicken soup for the soul. I love their journey as well...from sweet bubbly boys to beast of men. Their sound got to evolve as they grew older. Ngl... I was not prepared for grown Astro and still not prepared. if i have to name ONE favorite from all their S tier perfs, it has to be ot6 blue flame. i'll never get over the floor work on the "falling falling" part. and all 3 versions of the prechorus 이 세상이 part. rocky's full slow-mo body roll for the 1st, the members becoming like a tornado around eunwoo on the 2nd, mj activating the mannequin members on the 3rd one. and once again the FALLING FALLING CHOREO WITH THE NECK BREAK MOVE. it just makes me feel a lot of things

Brilliant! I absolutely loved this Astro dance practices marathon! I watched your concert vlog and I skipped to the Astro parts and I'm so happy you saw them live even though they're 2 members short. I wasn't even able to watch EunWoo's fan meeting here in Manila but I'm still hoping the whole Astro will include Manila in a tour and if it's OT6 I would also drop everything to be able to watch them! I mean, Eunwoo is my ultimate bias but I equally all love the members as well and also want to see them. They're the current artists I am obsessed over, after Michael Jackson (whose concert I watched here and really screamed my lungs out) and so I hope to watch them in the flesh in this lifetime hahahaha.... Fave choreo is also Knock, but After Midnight, One and Blue Flame are trailing behind. They also have a japanese MV, "Hanasakemirai" from their japanese album Venus. That song is catchy too.
