I’m melted at Moonbin’s smile @ 8:10 😍 It seems Moonbin’s maintenance diet program have to eat chicken breast (full of protein) to keep his muscle mass, right? That’s why he said he had to eat the chicken feet (drumstick) eventhough he knew it has a lot of calories but not enough with protein (but he didn’t say it).
