I went into the secret room at the end of this video and there was a damn rave going on. The entire place was packed with bots dancing and going crazy. Probably because the new game is now out and you still had the count down when you played.

I actually found it and also when i runned over it i heard a sound so i decided to go over the others and then i saw it and when i saw the steering wheel Then i came closer then i pressed options and then i unlocked it
