Sir...in this example what is the reason for ignoring Ascendant Star lord in the Ruling planet list !!!

Normally we don't consider Ascendant Star Lord in RPs. But there are some astrologers who take this also into account as an RP (level may vary). Thank you.

In Ruling Planets Why Asc Star Lord is not considered or left in your RP ? Was that Asc Star lord in Retro?

Normally only 4 RPs are considered. If 3 unique planets are not available in this list (some planets can be repeated), you can consider ASC Star Lord as well. Thank you.
