Just purchased the AstroAI M6KOR and have the same problems with the frequency readings. When I was reading VAC on a 120V home circuit, numbers all garbled and wouldn't settle down. After trying several times I gave up but decided to check the batteries' voltages which were fine at 1.6v each; installed them and tried again reading VAC 120V; incredibly, now it reads the voltage and Hz: 120VAC, 60Hz. Have repeated these tests many times and now it works fine every time without a hitch! When I optimistically tried to read the frequency alone, the Hz% button, it continued all garbled. I like the price of this DVM but only if it works as designed.

That's wild that it started working after reinstalling the batteries, I would have been optimistic too but bummer it didn't fix the Hz% function as well. But I'm glad I'm not the only one to see it, it seems something isn't right. Thanks for sharing your experience!

@@raullcalzadilla3541 That's interesting, not something I would have thought to check for such an issue. That'll be great if it works! I no longer have mine so I'm unable to try it myself.
