Union....is not nation, not country and not kingdom. If you are not independence county you cannot have general election right and having prime minister right? Allowed me to understand this. General election 1955....who is votes? Citizens of the country right? How if the country not exist yet? How to check parliament seat and total to decide on majority number after the election? How cabinet was form and how to choose prime minister if the country/nation not yet independence and announced independence 2 years later? Then idk to say this ya, the title of prime minister can backdated before the country independence and he is declared it is it? ROC for political party if no nation or country exist yet how to register? Legal how if no country and nation exist? Is the election was legal and real and can be done or not?
