3 cells are pretty tough. The best way to run is from the Promenade to prisoners depth, from there, there is so more time door unfortunately, to the ancient sewers. After killing The Tentacle boi you go to the Slumberings and run the clock tower down and finish the run. I went this route with 5 cells but struggle against the collector.

There are a ton of great themes, but hearing the beginning of this song and imagining the beheaded opening the 5bc door, shielding his eyes from the bright light coming through, then right when he steps through the door and sees all the floating islands, the alchemist's tower, and the enemies, the choir part kicks in is just something nothing else can compare to. Finally getting to this biome in my cursed sword only run after hundreds of failed attempts felt like a scene from a movie.

I wish this biome was in the mobile version of the game. In iOS, there’s no Cavern, no Custom Mode, no 5 BC mode, and therefore, no Astrolab. I hope it gets updated soon. I’ve beaten 4 BC mode a couple of times already, but the enemies are way easier than PC or console. Edit (6 months after making this comment): It’s finally in!

There's a mobile version. How do you go about playing it?

Neon Red kill So there are buttons on the screen that you touch. On the left side, you move your finger in the direction you want to go. There’s also a health flask button that you must tap and hold to heal. Homunculus rune button is found here as well. There is a three line button in the upper left corner that pauses the game. On the right side of the screen, there are four buttons that you can touch to use your weapons and skills. There’s also an interact button that you use to open doors, check stuff, etc. As for dodging, you have two choices: you can choose to have a button to press for dodging, or you can swipe to dodge. You can change the positions of the buttons as well as change if you want to swipe to dodge, or have a button instead. You can also have a set location for the D-pad if you want. There’s also controller support. It’s a bit wonky, but once you get used to it, it feels natural.

Parrying isn’t absolutely necessary, I find that if I force myself to parry instead of doing it when the opportunity presents itself it gets me killed more

While parry is a great mechanic, I just can't get myself to learn it. So I always stick with a Tactics build: 1 - Quick Bow 2 - Ice Blas 3 - Double Cross-o-matic 4 - Shredder (or whatever it's called the bleeding turret) or Heavy Turret' It works wonders

Hotk is weird to parry. Half of his lance attacks are slow af, the other half are incredibly fast, you don't really get much out of parrying his charge, and if you parry one of his bombs, you still get hit by the rest.

What plugin did you use for the guitars?

It's a mix between recordings and plugins. Electric guitar: recorded directly to the audio interface with Korg Gadget's Rosario amp plugin. Classical guitar: rec with microphone. Added some Mandolin plugin from 8DIO to add colour to the sound. All tracks processed with Neutron from Izotope.
